75cl in teku. Pours a white rocky and frothy medium sized head; deep amber to ruby colour, bit hazy. Smells caramel, brown sugar, orange peels, some brett and basement funkiness . Tastes malty, nice yeasty, a bit woody/funky, us hops; medium sweetness, and medium plus bitterness, quite well balanced. A us hopped belgian strong ale with a kick of brett that gives a delicate but nice touch

Not sour at all. Yeasty funk at best. Hay, red ale like, English breakfast tea. Quite bitter, amber malts, heavy carbonation. More of an Amber Ale with a slight doughy yeasty twist. Like it though, could be an autumn beer or for rainy summer day like today. (33cl bottle from Saveur Bière)

Tap at Fermentoren Aarhus. Pours a nice, clear amber with a bit, off white head. Aroma has lots of grainy, malty sweetness, caramelized sugar, some hops and a hint of funk. A bit of honey melon as well. Taste is sweet up front, but quickly gets more funky dry and hoppy bitter. Very dry end actually. I guess some aging would suit this well! Average low carb and medium full body.
