330ml bottle. Pours a hazy, golden orange with a massive, frothy, long lasting, beige head that leaves plenty of lacing. Sweet aroma of caramel malt, spices, candy, yeast, grapefruit and light brett. Sweet, fruity flavour of peach, grapefruit, caramel malt, spices and yeast with a dry, bitter, hoppy, astringent, alcohol finish. Medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Well done.

8%ABV. Belgian Strong Ale.
Tapped out a dark nut brownn amber. 20ºSRM.
Nose is acetic with a nice lactic, milky sweetness. Almost like the aroma of yogurt. There are sweet roasty chestnut type aromas as well.
Mouthfeel is carbonated and alcoholic. Nicely rounded full-bodied palate remiscent of saltwater taffy, there are nice nutty flavors of roasting chestnuts, hazelnuts and acorns.
Finish is brief, lightly bitter and respectable. The fact that this is wild has introduced some other players into the brew and they’ve created something different. Not lambic or sour ale different, but different enough to be something else. The nose is likely where the wild nature of this ale is most apparent. Palate is pretty conventional...and tasty.

Keg at Ushers. Deep amber, smooth beige head. Tempting aroma with fruitcake, brown sugar, light christmas spices. Unfortunately taste doesnt reach that but still good; dryish bitter bretted fruits, light caramel, light wood, light spices.
