3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 dbarnold (574) - Bethesda, Maryland, USA - OCT 23, 2011
UPDATED: DEC 25, 2011 So the original rating was totally wrong, this is not the beer I had on tap at Jack Rose, This is a mild sour, belgian in it’s yeast characterisitics. I liked it a lot, slightly tart, very easy to drink, refreshing finish.
4.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20 jesperhammer (1294) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - OCT 22, 2011
20-OCT-2011, bottle @home, from "Fish & Beer". Just after It’s Alive.
Amber slightly hazy with huge coating head.
Lovely hoppy nose. Extremely grapey and piney.
Really bitter taste. Piney, Grapey,...piney. Creamy, high carbonation. Lovely IIPA:)
A bit smokey on the nose. From brett? Where else has the brett gone?
Fantastic brew anyway.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 Palme (1200) - Bergen, NORWAY - OCT 16, 2011
Tap @ Schoukjelleren, Oslo. This is a mild cloudy light copperish body with a nice medium sized heavy lacing and sidesticking just off-white head. Aroma is not to extreme, actually kinda mild but still nice and malt-sweet, light fruity. Not bad. Average to soft carbonation and the mouthfeel is smooth and quite nice. Flavors are floral with hints of yeast and also some nice lemony-lime notes. Well hidden ABV and it ends light dry with some mild hints of pine. Yeah, nice non-extreme stuff from the Danish master.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 TheBeerGod (3960) - Newport News, Virginia, USA - OCT 7, 2011
Bottle - 750mL crowned. Pours a murky bronze with a tall, foamy tan head. Strong citrus and floral hops in the nose along with tropical fruit and big yeast notes. Taste is citrus fruit, herbal and floral hops, spices, strong yeast notes, sweet malt, tropical fruit and earthy notes. Body is medium with a potent, lively carbonation. Finishes with more big citrus fruit notes, tropical fruit, soft pine, floral hops, spices, softer herbal hops, Belgian yeast, soft funky notes and a pleasant earthiness.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Abio (1058) - Waasland, BELGIUM - OCT 7, 2011
Orange coloured beer, a decent head but should stick some longer. Yeast, very hoppy, citrus, some caramel. A bit bready, earthy at the finish. Not bad hoppy brew.

Bottle. Pours a amber/orange color with an average off-white head. Aroma/flavor of medium malt, citrus/pine hops and a nice brett/yeast. Nice mixture of bitterness and sweetness. Nice beer.
4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20 boFNjackson (2705) - Portland, Oregon, USA - SEP 18, 2011
Bottle... Poured poured golden, hazy with a thick white head. Hops were subtle so the yeast was really pronounced. Musty, horse blanket, Brett characters. Bready malts, light fruits, mild sweetness. Full bodied with some honey, biscuits, and some spice.
3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 maneliquor (1008) - Perth, AUSTRALIA - SEP 17, 2011
Bottle from Mane Liquor. Cloudy orange pour with a two finger width white head on top. Aroma is lots of dried fruits, alcohol and sweet honey. Almost resembles a dried apricot. Nice. A little bit sweet and boozy. Honey and toffee intertwine with dried apricot and peach. Solid
