Pours fairly clear amber/brown with a beige head. The aroma is earthy, toasty, leathery, has nectar fruits, licorice, mineral and light tartness. Medium / full body with lush frothy carbonation. The flavor starts with earthy grapefruit hops, sweet toasty malt, eathiness, fruit and light funk. The finish gets a little drier, spicier and hoppier with earthy funk and hoppy resin staying around in the mouth. Really nice beer.

Great hoppy aroma! Lots of citrus, tropical fruit, sweet fruit bread, and yeast. Chewy malts, more hops, snd more wicked fruits. Great sweet hoppy finish with some yeasty esters. Impressive beer, great stuff!

from erzbierschof.ch - cloudy reddish-amber beer with a little beige foam; aroma of almonds and candi sugar; a bit spicy with notes of chestnuts; sweet and quite full-bodied; moderate bitterness; fruity and estery finish with residual sugars and notes of almonds

Bottle split with mcberko and manu[are not!]champions. Pours a clear orange/brown with a foamy off-white head. Aroma of caramel, citrus fruits, yeast and and some floral notes. Flavour of caramel, lemon zest, orange peel, floral, and pepper. Dry, well balanced, sweet and bitter. Much better than "It’s Alive".

this is a cool beer. pours light nut brown, fine micro carbonation, sticky lacing, low-medium head. Strong tropical fruits and orange blossom on the nose, heavy orange blossom flavour, 3/10 sweetness up front. The middle stage goes into a sharp medium-dry bitterness, mixed with light caramel. Long dry-bitter finish, med-high complexity, med-high depth. The bitter finish is slightly too astringent for me, but I can appreciate the complexity of the beer.

750mL bottle, split with manuchampions and Matts_Property, pours hazy golden orange with a big off-white head. Aroma of caramel, slight brett (though less pronounced than It’s Alive!), slight sour fruits and toffee. Flavour of toffee, bittering hops, with the brett pretty much subdued by the American hops. Complex and medium-to-full bodied. Definitely a step up from It’s Alive!

Bottle: Poured a medium orangey color ale with large foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma consists of Brett with light tartness and dry hoppy notes which are very well balanced. Taste is a complex mix between some Brett notes with some medium barnyard and light tart undertones with a great mix of floral and dry hops which are mix with a semi-sweet Belgian-style malt base. Body is slightly fuller then average with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol notes. Very well brewed and while being different kind of remind me of the quality of Russian River beers.
