On tap(@Mikkeller, København): Deep golden, hazy, small lacy off-white head, hops and mild traces of Gueuze in the bitter-sweet nose; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, medium to full bodied; dry fruity and hoppy finish with traces of sweet malt as a counterpart. A very fine brew…
3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Lukaduke (1017) - Portland, Maine, USA - AUG 30, 2012
Pours a cloudy orange rusty color with a big frothy head. Aromas are spicy Belgian candy, yeast, touches of leather and tangy citrus. On the palate it is alot of the same but Im loosing much of the brett character and getting alot more big Belgian candy, spicy hops and deep fruit flavors. Was hoping for a little more funk in the palate considering the name but its a solid beer either way... just leans a bit more towards a Belgian strong ale and less of a wild beer in my opinion !
4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20 mkel07 (2340) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - AUG 23, 2012
750ml bottle. Almost orange in colour with loads of sand coloured foam. There is quite a bit of hops in the aroma, not unusual for a Mikkeller beer. Full rich almost creamy mouthfeel and great taste.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 hackobock (273) - SWEDEN - JUL 24, 2012
On tap at Mikkeller Bar. Amber, white head. Aroma is malt, hard bread, fruity hops, the fruitiness is held back by a tartness, some cherries as well. Same goes with taste, the hop bitterness is balanced by a funky, tart, sour profile from the brett which is well balanced, present but not overpowering.

Flavour is medium sweet, light malty, bread, floral, Bretty funk, light tart, some caramel, light fruity, nice bitter citrus hoppy finish. Medium-bodied. Great strong Orval clone imo. Lovely beer.
3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 PotjeBier (959) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - JUL 11, 2012
Tap @ Beer Temple. Hazy, amber color. Off white head with good lacing. Aroma’s: funky, brett (but not too strong, which I consider positive), citrus/resin, some malty sweetness & hopbitterness. Flavor is rather bitter with a malty sweet backbone and a hint of bretty sourness. Medium body. Finishes bitter with brett notes. Not being a fan of brett this was better than I expected.
4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 19/20 Swaroga (790) - Brussels, BELGIUM - JUL 10, 2012
75cl bottle. Clear red with big grey and thick head. Nose : aromatic hops with a bit tart feeling. It smells like an air refresher. Mostly citrus and apples. Sip : light but tingly carbonation. Light to medium body density with slightly oily texture. Sweet tart beginning further develops quite intensive bitterness. The bitterness is long and greatly aromatic with fruits and pine. Alcohol is well hidden. Really enjoyable beer. Well chilled it is full of taste and still refreshing.
