Aroma: sweet caramel malts, yeast in the background. Appearance: clear amber, small to medium white head. Taste: light bitter and medium sweet. Palate: alcohol notes, brings up sweetness, sours from the yeast yet very sweet, average to long-finish, dry. Overall: far better-than-average Belgium Strong Ale, not too sour.
