Small white head. Deep yellow body. Strong floral resiny aroma with hoppy peppery oily notes. Dry resiny spicy grassy taste with herbal minty notes. Light body. Sharpish mouthfeel. Dry resiny minty aftertaste with pine needle notes. Absolutely outstanding! Drinkable, incredibly fresh, and full of character. Almost clinically clean. (0.25l draft at Mikkeller Bar, Copenhagen.)

UPDATED: OCT 18, 2014 Bottle from Mane Liquor. The first thing I get from this is mango and passionfruit. Very close to my all time favourite Pils in Mikkeller El Cellar De Can Roca but not as in-your-face fruit driven. This is like a toned down version. Sweet tropical fruits with mild astringent bitterness to slowly finish it off. Tasty stuff

Tap at Mikkeller Bar SF. Pours a straw yellow with a firm white head. Nose has floral hops, yeast and toffee Malts. Taste is quite dry - floral bitterness and Malts. Drinks more like a lager. Dry floral hop bitterness to finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Mikkeller Bar, Viktoriagade. Lovely, deep golden colour with an amber tint. Thin, white head. Fruity aroma with grasses, herbal hops, citrus, pale malts, orange peel, light pines and exotic notes. Taste is light bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes dry and bitter with citrus notes. Neat house beer.

33 cl bottle @ home. Pours cloudy amber with a white head that leaves a little lacing. Aroma and flavour are citrus, grains, and caramel - with a dry finish. I wouldn’t exactly complain if more pilseners were like this.

On tap at Mikkeller Bar. It pours a nice gold color with a white head. The aroma is fruity and citrusy with a bold American hop profile. The flavor is more like a dry Pale Ale than a Pils. Citrus fruit and floral hops dominate. The beer is dry, but not super clean as a good Pils should be. A good drinker though.

Ok, not a huge pils guy but with mikkeller he always amazes you with his ability to know what "you" like and does it different and usually better. Light citrus and hints of apricot aroma. Crisp and clean. Good light smooth mouthfeel. Taste is hints of caramel, but all flavor of a hoppy brew that doesnt go too far. A lil hop spice in the swallow but doesnt linger and makes you keep coming back. I could drink this all day. Overall well balanced and the hop makes it interesting.

Draught. Clear golden pour with white head. Aroma has mango mango and peach. Taste is fresh with medium bitterness. A lot like a pale ale
