0.75l Bottle @Cardinal. Pours a hazy golden with a medium to big, white head that leaves a nice lacing along the glass. Cardamom, orange peel, coriander, wheat, peppers, yeasty aroma. Flavour is peppers, coriander, cardamom, orange, yeast, wheat, very complex flavor profile to be a wit so this goes beyond your regular large witbier. Likes how the peppers and cardamom plays along with the orange peel and coriander. Very nice! Medium bodied with medium carbonation.

750 ml bottle, will soon be available at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 6.0%. Hazy golden colour, large white head. Typical and pleasant witbier aroma of coriander and orange peel, also cardamom and peppery notes. Lovely spicy / peppery flavour, but the basic wheaty and citrussy character is still there, making the beer irresistably drinkable.

Big offwhite head doesnít last. Clear deep yellow body with light carbonation. Strong spicy lemongrass aroma with oily peppery wooden notes. Dry-sweet fruity strawberry spice taste with lemongrass and coriander notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel with slight heat. Dryish spicy herbal fruity aftertaste with oily coriander notes, slightly perfumy. Lingering citrusy wooden coriander notes. Very nice and clean. Fresh, vivid, and distinct. (0.75l bottle, from Fish & Beer, Copenhagen.)

750ml bottle, pours golden brown with a bit of yeasty haze, aroma has coriander, sage in the nose, nice and herby, with citrussy hop, Adds a little to the Belgian Wit style with some nice herb character, a nice beer but was hoping for a bit more.

Bottle. Thanks F. Pours cloudy yellow small fine white head, high carbonation. Great lacing! Aroma is grassy and spicy. Taste is medium sweet, citrus. Quite creamy. Lot of spices! Cardamom, coriander, the pepper as a warming finish. Nice beer for food. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Copper hazed, white head, fantastic lacings. Smell of dust, grass, some malts. Moderate sweet, quite messy flavor palate, yeast and spices, maybe even some orange peel, but itís not as easy and drinkable that i expect from a belgian wit. The tail is medium bitter with some herbs and grass

extremely herbal, almost a gruit... lots of coriander, curacao and cardemon (which lingers on the tongue)... very bitter, very sweet... high on carbs almost like a herbal soda, medium body and a watery bitter finish... looks great

Bottled 750ml @PBFVIII, bought from Kihoskh
Yellow color, small white head. Cardamon, cinnamon aroma, spicey. Light-bodied. Christmas spicey flavor, orange peels, fruity wineous maltyness. Refreshing.
