3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 77ships (2154) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - NOV 21, 2011
75 cl. bottle split @ Delirium Hoppy Loft (shared with sebletitje) – split into two oversized Mikkelller snifters – A: slightly hazy yellow with a fluffy white head – S: bitter hops, Belgian yeast and above all lots of coriander, lemongrass, cloves, assortment of spices, lots of spices & hazy but sharp bitterness – T: lots of spices, especially, particularly heavy coriander, plenty of hay, lemongrass, bitter floral & herbal hops, field of hay, coriander going almost into chemical territory, Belgian yeast, wheat, touch of green apple – B: medium body with somewhat above medium carbonation – Not bad or at least definitely interesting overdrive/imperial something wit – P.S: that is quite a lot of coriander you have got going on there – my 20th Mikkeller – so that is like 1 % of their beers :)
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 sebletitje (5415) - Enghien, BELGIUM - NOV 19, 2011
75cl bottle shared with 77ships @ Delirium Hoppy Loft.
2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20 jesperhammer (2203) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - NOV 9, 2011
09-NOV-2011, bottle @home, from "Superbest".
Huge, huge fluffy white head that really coats the glass, Body is pale slightly hazy yellow.
Nose is spicy yeasty with mostly coriander.
Taste is is much the same with a hay’ish malty base, ending bitter.
Really thin body
So disappointed. This is really not interesting. Far far too expensive. I bet this is my lowest Mikkeller rating in almost 100 ratings.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 Jaksmart (357) - Aalborg, DENMARK - NOV 4, 2011
Bottle. Murky and rusty yellow with small white head. Aroma has a lot of exotic fruits, especially orange and peach. It has some spices as well; coriander, orange peel etc. Also some yeasty notes, quite typically wit. Taste is a little like any other over-the-counter Wit (if there is such a thing) with yeast and orange. Ironically, strangely reminiscent of toilet air fresheners. A little chemical.
3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20 grunx (367) - - OCT 16, 2011
UPDATED: JUN 15, 2012 Witbier força sui generis. Refrescant i seca. Però trobo que he provat moltes altres witbiers millors, tot i que no és el meu estil preferit.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 Ungstrup (26200) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - OCT 8, 2011
Bottled. A golden beer with sediment floating around under a huge white head. The aroma has notes of wheat, coriander, and lemons. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, lemons, and spices, leading to a dry wheaty finish. The body is light.
3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 NosirIwont (1721) - Aalborg Vestby, DENMARK - OCT 8, 2011
Bottle. Has been open for a day, so almost no carbonation. Kept refrigerated though. Pours a hazy straw yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet and citrusy with a somewhat ginger ale-like note (without actually smelling like ginger). Flavour is sweet and has citrus hops, more ginger ale-likeness, a mild bitterness and notes of cloves. The clove note isn’t as cloying as I usually find it to be, but works pretty well here – it may have been affected by oxidation, due to the bottle having being open for a day though. Bitter liquorice finish with lingering notes of cloves and grass. An okay beer. 08.10.11.

Unclear orange of color with a white head. An aroma of cloves, spice, citrus and fresh. A flavor of spice, citrus and cloves.
