Draught at Mikkeller Bar, opening night, plastic cup
Cloudy blond color; creamy head. Nice fruity hop aroma, sweet, apricots, some soft spiced Belgian yeast. Lean body, dry malt and wheat flavor, moderately spiced, but a bit too yeasty for me, also creating some late astringency. Strong bitterness. The final is rather short.

Day 1 of Julepakkekalender from Mikkeller. Bottled.

Aroma: Coriander. Almost like a sweet bread, or croissant. The tiniest whiff of lemon and yeast. Appearance: A murky gold colour. Barely any head. A lot of yeast sediment.
Taste: An overall zingy lemon taste, with a slight bread/yeast note. Coriander is trying to fight through!
Palate: An upfront bitterness that quickly mellows, leaving a slight tang at the back of your throat. Low carbonation. A slightly oily mouthfeel. Medium body.
Overall: This is very drinkable, and refreshing. At 5.0%, it tastes more like a 3% beer. Very enjoyable!

Aroma: Smelling of bread, lemon, coriander and yeast.
Appearance: A clouded straw colored beer. A high white head with good lacing and some curtains.
Taste: Tasting sweet withe bread, orange marmalade, coriander, cardamom and yeast.
Palate: Medium high carbonation, a soft texture. A medium body with a slightly dry finish.
Overall: A balanced wit, sweet, fruity and spicy.

330 mml bottle tasted on the 22/11/2014. In the label of my beer appears 5% no 4,5%. Hazy golden colour with a tan white head. Aroma of hops, citrus and cereals. The taste is hoppy and fruity with presence of lemon and orange. Aftertaste is a little bitter. Medium carbonation. Well balanced. Next one please!

Draft at Mikkeller Bar San Francisco from notes. Pours a hazy orange golden color with a small white head. The aroma and flavor have toasted wheat malts, banana, some orange citrus, yeast, light spice, not much to get excited about.

Hazy golden color, medium sized white head. Really great aroma, lots of citrus, hops, some wheat and yeast, maybe even ginger. Like a perfume, I would smell it all day long. Taste is hoppy, with bubblegum and light banana. Medium to heavy sweetness. Citrusy sweet and bitter finish. Well, this one was a really really strange one. Most carbonated beer ever. Like, you take a small sip and then all the liquid turns into foam in your mouth. Never tried something like this. It was killing me, actually. And the foam would come so quickly that it was impossible to say if body is thin or medium. After shaking a bottle, the situation was much better. I even started to feel orange. Very unique, interesting stuff.
