UPDATED: AUG 15, 2012 Almost clear reddish brown body and slightly off white head. Moderately sweet aroma, Red fruit and muffin. Cookie spices. Light sweetness, cherry sweet notes in the taste. Sugary middle and end. Tasty, not amazing, but tasty. (At the De Molen tasting)

330ml bottle, cloudy amber colour with little head and not very aromatic. Bitter fruity orange-peel like taste with some caramel sweetness. Very dry aftertaste. Does not resemble any other weizenbock i’ve ever tasted. Interesting and very unusual weizenbock.

Bottle. Orange cloudy. Yeasty wheat, alc and sweet malts on nose. Body is fullish, quite bitter or dry. Yeasty poop, and not in a good banana etc estery manner. And the hotness. I’m not liking this.

330mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark orange amber with a medium off-white head. Aroma is full of dark stone fruits (plum, nectarine), some clove, and some toasted bready malts. Flavour brings out banana, tangerine, the aforementioned stone fruits, and some clove. Very fruity body, full of such a range of different fruits. Finishes on notes of clove and spices. Not a traditional tasting weizen bock by any means, but well-made nonetheless. Very nice stuff.

Bottle. Bronze beer with a strong white head. The aroma is very lightly hopped, and the flavour is bitter with a yeasty, roasted and spicy finish. Overall a reasonable complex beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap, rated from backlog. Sweet nose and flavor with lots of esters and wheat, banana and apples. Taste is sweet, yeasty with a nice wheat background to the ester profile.

Bottle. Hazy burnished copper beer with a medium head. Aroma is of yeast, vanilla and bananas. The taste is an excellent mix of yeast, vanilla and bananas again. There is also an addition of corriander and a touch of pepper. Lots of flavours. Slightly carbonated and medium bodied. This is an excellent beer, my first Weizenbock. I like my wheat beers and this is the best I have had so far.

Direi weizenbock molto zingara, al naso è un esplosione di frutta, mentre al palato non mi convince, anzi secondo me lascia molto a desiderare...

Amber-brown, slightly cloudy; beautiful fruity aroma, like plums and oranges steeped in liqueur; quite thick, velvety; wheaty malt and fruity, more oranges, plums, cherries, ends with spice; alcohol in the most delicate possible way in the finish; had my first Weizenbock - Schneider Aventinus - the other day, this is relatively restrained but at the same time more refined; excellent
