COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Lets us introduce Win Bic. Win Bic is a new friend in the X-mas family from Mikkeller.
Its a blended Spontan Ale and Saison, It is 6,0% abv, It is awesome and it comes in a magnum bottle. Welcome Win Bic.
The Tasting panel Said:
Cloudy light orange with a fine foamy thick white head
Aroma A mild spicy impression with acidic green apples, cloves and a sweetness as from dried apricots. We also find some bitterness as from lemon peel and a lactic touch. You clearly sense the saison notes as white pepper and mild various spices.
The taste blasts out the saison expressions in the beginning and we think of oxidated apples as you find in certain ciders after that you get the lactic and sour impression that appears very refreshing and drinkable. A freshness topped with dry impressions of the barrels. You feel like another sip.
The mouth feel is not as carbonated and fizzy as in most of Mikkellers spontan beers. The finish is very dry with a touchy bitterness that again reminds of citric peel. For some this citric bitterness could get too much.

Bottle. Pours clear pale yellow with a medium thick white head. Aromas of barnyard, gooseberries, woody notes, vinous notes, some rural stuff going on. Pretty fresh. Taste is light bretty, grapefruit, white vinous, wood, rural, grass, citrus, lime. Pretty good.

375ml bottle from Saveur-Biere.fr. Pours hazy gold with thin white head. Aroma is light and bretty. Taste continues with a fresh, light character. Very light saison notes, some vague citrus. Its ok, but I just expected more.

500ml bottle (Zmogsala2015, Vilnius)
Sweet aroma, almost pocorny sweet. Nce hoppy and woody retronasals. A bit winey and some thinner, alas. Some pencil shavings too in the taste. Drying anad a bit solventy. Hops were nice, but the chemicals might make me go blind. Otherwise, its a bit bland, to be honest. "It is awesome"? Nope, youre arrogant twonks, and this is naff.

Draft. I guess its supposed to be a winter "lambic". It does have a nice lactic note and some spice.

Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma initially strong lactic acid, gives way to lemon peel, wet dog, malts, white wine, light butterscotch, dried arpricots, light spices. Light sour flavour, bitter lemon peel (the white part), slight white pepper and spices, saison yeast. Spicy finish, bitter, lemon peel, some pediococcus.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours dark gold with a white head. Taste apples, citrus, slightly sour. I thought this was good. I could drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle @ home. Hazed golden orange pour with a white head. Almost skunky. A lot of herbs, oak, and white grape. Plenty of straw. A little bit on the funky side. The flavor is pretty tangy and zesty. A lot of musty funk, damp oak, mushroom, and woody herbs. Some hints of pear and stone fruit, too.
