37.5 cl bottle. Dark brown with faint tan wisps. Nose is caramel, dark chocolate, rubber and applejack. Not quite thick but still syrupy; lightened by a vibrant tang. Taste is chocolate, carob, rum raisin, graham crackers and apple brandy. Overall very sweet; random citrus zest and dark roast. Strong barrel influence really works here. Delicious and unique.

Thanks to Alex for this bottle... dark black, no carbonation... smells great, chocolate covered orange liquor... the taste is super roasty, awesome at first, but then it gets a touch to tough to drink, lots of roast, liquid orange, a bit generic, super tough to drink, but good

bottle thanks to the friendliest officer I know. poured black with not much of a beige head. aroma was awesome with lots of fudge, oak, red wine??, and molasses. flavor not my cup of tea at all. Had many elements of the nose, but had a strange flavor that turned my stomach.

Vollmundiger Malzantrunk mit deutlicher und nicht zu unterschätzender Gewürznote. Diese breitet sich weiter aus, es taucht eine starke Süße auf, die sich aber noch in akzeptablem Rahmen befinet. Der Alkohl ist dagegen krasser, in der Nase brennt er etwas. Im weiter vom stark gewürzigen Malz regierten Mittelteil sind hintergründige Fruchtnoten mit der Grund, warum das Bier sehr vielseitig ist. Stark würzig, durch ausgleichende Aromen sehr harmonisch. So kommt eine leichte Getreidigkeit kaum über den Status „mild“ heraus, wirkt aber spürbar ausgleichend.Im Abgang sind es erneut die Fruchtnoten, die dem Bier eine besondere Note verliehen. Bottle.Pours black with a small beige head.Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, leather, oysters, chocolate and sherry with some oak notes.Flavor is sweet and warming with some roasted, chocolate and oaky notes.Full body, soft carbonation.Really nice .

Another crazy bottle hooked up by Greg. Black pour. Sweet malt, booze, and chocolate nose. The taste is almost barley winish (think i just made up a word) with sweet caramel malt, chocolate, vanilla, apple, and dark fruits..

Rating #700 Bottle, huge thanks to IBrew2or3 for sharing. This beer was an experience. Poured black with a creamy dark brown head. Nose is intensely roasted with big notes of chocolate, oak, and brandy, lighter notes of vanilla, apple, and anise. Full body with a creamy, viscous mouth feel and soft carbonation. This beer is incredibly rich and decadent, I found the combination of roasty chocolate and apple brandy notes to be amazing. Finished moderately sweet with a lingering fudge note. Delicious!

(375ml bottle, BB 1/1/2019) Pours an opaque black body with no head. Aroma of oak, calvados, roasted malt, coconut, vinous, and caramel. Flavor of caramel, oak, chocolate, and roasted malt.
