Pours hazy amber with a large head. Vague and watery aroma of hops and licorice. Taste is grass and licorice followed by a long bitterness.
IPA’s are good, licorice is good, but those two combined did not work at all.

Bottle. Pours is amber with medium white head. Sweet aroma of caramel, licourice, light lime. Taste is moderate bitter, light sweet, lime notes. Medium body, soft carbonation, creamy texture. Very fresh, seems more like a seasson ipa, recommended.

Idiosynkrasie (4910) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - JUN 22, 2015
330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, amber colour with average, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, off-white head. Herbal hoppy aroma, notes of green apple, hay, Alpine grassland herbs, cautious hints of liquorice in the background. Taste is herbal hoppy, spicy, distinctly more intense liquorice notes come along well integrated, successively playing in harmonious duet, overture with sweet caramel malt, second movement with slightly tart, fruity acerbity, finale with hop bitterness. Not the most incompatible IPA companion.

BlazerT (247) - POLAND - JUN 15, 2015
Bottle. Sensoirc glass. Deep amber, little hazy with medium to big light brown head. Good lacing. Medicore head retention. Smell is nice and clean - mainly white grapes and tropical fruits (pinapple), in the background some light apricot and citrus (mandarin). Solid malty backbone - light caramel and some bready notes. Taste is medium bitter with some nice sweet malty counterpunch. Medium body, sticky texture, medium carbonation, finish is medium bitter and short. In overall interesting candy-like IPA, sth different from Mikkeller :)
