UPDATED: DEC 27, 2012 Bottle from Systembolaget. Pours almost black with a brown, 2 finger, thick head. Aroma has lots of roasted malts, christmas spices, chocolate, some sweet notes as well. Taste is heavily roasted with quite a lot of dry chocolate, fresh ground coffee and hops. Some sweet notes blend in with the other elements. Slight alcohol taste. After taste has a long and nice bitterness. A great imperial porter, but I had hoped for a a spicier taste.
