Thinner then the English style but still plenty hazy. More hop on the nose much more fruity. Light yeast, the hop is much more featured light straw.

Hazy golden color, extremely huge off-white head. Yeast and floral hops in the aroma. Also some fruitiness. Medium to heavy bitterness. Strong bitter kick and long bitter finish. Very nice.

Countbeer (6192) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - APR 15, 2013
Draught: Medium to bigger sized, beautiful white head on top of a hazy orange colored beer. Aromas of hops, hop fruits, yeast, some rose hip, roosvice, peach, vanilla. Lovely aroma. Flavours of fruits, peach, exotic fruit, apricot, pine apple, hops, bitters, yeast, pine, floral and crisp. Aftertaste is bitter, floral, fruity, some yeast and again very crisp. Low carbo, soft close to silky mouthfeel, medium to full body and a creamy texture. Balanced, smooth and crisp. Good beer!

Fantastic yeasty, spicy and a bit hoppy aroma. Almost perfect looks, a bit cloudy golden with a huge fluffy head. Taste is tingling hops but with a bit of funk. Good stuff

Rating #932 - January 20, 2014 - #mondaynightbeers at the Underground Tap and Grill - an @Mikkeller #dailydouble - Pours a slightly cloudy golden amber, bubbly white foam, mild retention. Aroma is a lot of cool brett funk and citrusy hops. Palate is more of the above, a mild sourness that syncs up with the hoppy fruit punch. Very nice.

Bottle at Mikkeller. Clear amber – white head. Toasted, orange, nice fruity, crispy, knækbrød, peachy, ok bitterness, clean, light white peppery finish, rather bitter finish. Classic american pale ale. Lovely.

from Erzbierschof - clear bronze beer with a persistent pale beige foam; pretty phenolic and estery, citric and almondy; gently sticky on the tongue; a good malt backbone, bitter (fairly) and acidic (slightly); very dry and long estery fruity finish with light yeasty notes

Keg at BrewDog CMden, London. Pours clear, deep gold with a fine, wimpy white cream head. Nose holds some drying pine, dry citrus, grapefruit, orange, grass. Medium sweet flavor, nice dry pine, more dry citrus, clean grapefruit, lightly toasted pale malts, mellow peach. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Clean and lightly resinous finish, dry grapefruit, lots of other dry citrus. Pretty good balance in this one. The dryness here does well to keep the sugars and hops in check.

12 oz. bottle, side-by-side with the American Ale, pours a hazy dark golden orange with a big off-white head. Aroma is very crisp and bright, full of crisp crackery malt, zesty grassy hops and almost a bit of funk to it. Flavour brings out lots of crispness and zestiness, with loads of citrusy zesty hops, crisp crackery biscuity malt, and a bit of funk to it (almost thought this was the saison version because of it). Very crisp and bright flavours, with a substantial hoppiness. Extremely drinkable and refreshing. Great stuff - much better than the average rating suggests.
