Draft at Local Option. Pours clear amber with a medium off-white head. Aroma is sour fruits and some oaky woodiness. Taste is fairly woody, brett, leather, funk, sour fruits that are slightly overripe. Taste is slightly bitter with some slightl notes of pine and citrus rind as well. Really interesting beer.

Bottle at konttori, tampere. Clear deep golden color, white head. Aroma is cherry, yeast, sweet, hops, fruits. Taste is dry hops, yeast, fruits, malts, citrus. Nice and different.

Pours amber with a dense off-white head. Aroma is malt, orange, peach, barnyard, grapefruit and funk. Flavour is malt, sweet orange, grapefruit, barnyard and funk.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar, Victoria. Pours golden with a small offwhite head. Aroma of malt, light brett, fruity hops, light pine. Flavor is malt, brett, white winelike, little bitter hops, grapes, grapefruit, light pine. Medium body, soft carbonation, dry finish. 030513

Bottle. A big, dense, off-white head forms over a more or less clear body, dark golden in color. Nice lacings. Funky brett aroma with some pine cones and tropical fruits, pineapple mostly. A touch of overripe strawberries too. It’s quite heavily carbonated, dry and yet sweetish. Medium body. Funk, tropical fruit notes and some piney hints in the flavor. Pleasant bitterness, both initially and in the end. A bit too funky, doesn’t match the sweetness very nice I think. A nice one anyway. 130510

Pours clear deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, brett, funk, strawberries, pineapple and some orange. Taste is medum sweet and light to medium bitter with a funky, fruity and bitter finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Very intense brett aroma and taste can’t really be compare with the others.

Bottle. Pours golden with a big off-white head. Aroma of funky brett , almost puke , horse blankets and some floral and peachy notes. Flavor is sweet and funky with some leather, peach, floral hops,some malt and chalk . Medium body, average carbonation.

A bit hazy light amber with a small white head. Aroma and taste of brett, wood, some fruit, hay and cheese. Nicely balanced and refreshing.

12 oz. bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out loads of brett, slight white vinous notes, and some funk. Flavour brings out quite a bit of brett, a touch of orange sweetness, a bit of dry white wine character, and a decent funky quality. The brett is front and centre, creating a medium funky and extremely dry palate. Very enjoyable stuff.
