Bottle. Hazy orange-gold, lasting white head. Aroma is apricot jam with some spicy esters. Sweet and fruity with a strong spicy yeast character, light pepper. A bit on the sweet side for my taste, but not bad.

bubbleflubber (2159) - Asheville, North Carolina, USA - JUN 17, 2015
Pours a cloudy dark straw-orange into the glass with a big frothy head that leaves chunky lacing. The nose is Brett and grains. Lemons, oats, grains, lemongrass and grainy hops fill out the flavor profile. The mouthfeel is round, with a smooth palate and earthy body. Nice take on the saison. Easy quaff. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Joe’s Old Beer Dump in Springfield, VT. Muddy reddish copper with head and lace. Spicy oxidized cardboardy peppery caramel bready aroma. Caramel bready cardboard fruity sweetness with very peppery finish. Medium body. Fine carbo. Just tastes old.

tectactoe (3125) - Michigan, USA - DEC 9, 2014
UPDATED: DEC 11, 2014 Bottle: Cloudy sunburst-orange body with a small, light-khaki film that quickly recedes to a collar. Aroma is pretty sweet & juicy. Notes of peach, white grape, & maybe some type of exotic melon? A bit of crystal malt sugar sweetness in the back. Not as "saisony" as you’d expect, actually. Flavor is similar, though the hops come through more. Mildly floral & slightly botanical bitterness, but the fruity sweetness is a bit stronger in this case. Grapefruit, melon, peach, with lighter white grape, earth, & caramel. Almost oily body. Some grapefruit peel in the finish with a hint of hoppy bitterness that lingers. Better than the American Style.

Fruity, dry and a bit of spicy yeasts. Less foam than the Lager and American Ale ones. The best one so far, but let’s see how the bretts turn out.

Was my favorite of the 4 before getting to the wild ones. Nicely fruity and dry, with hints of spice and hops. Definitely the easiest drinking of the bunch, while still complex. 7.5’s to aroma and flavor if I could."

Trolleo (1338) - Pula / Zagreb, CROATIA - AUG 21, 2014
Hazy light brown color, small white head. Big hoppy aroma, orange, some sugar, honey, floral notes, citrus, yeast, hints of tropical fruits. Long bittersweet finish with traces of brown sugar. Medium body, lively carbonation, creamy. This is great!
