Pours deep amber into a tulip. Off-white conglomerate head with excellent retention recedes leaving sheet lacing. Sweet summer hay and summer flower aromas. Sour roasted nuts and caramel upfront with a mild anise middle before the lasting earthy bitter resin finish.

Draft, tasted with the Yeast Series 2.0 English Ale, Lager, and American Ale. Small off-white head atop clear amber body. Aroma is medium sweet, anise, some orange, light bread. Taste is moderately sweet, grapefruit, some lemon. Light-medium body, light stickiness.

Bottle. Golden yellow and almost clear. Light foam. Tastes sour right off the bat. Main body is fruity and round. Finishes off really burning bitter and grapefruity with some pine in the background. Leaves a somewhat disgusting lingering off-hoppy aftertaste. Definetly has character, I'm just not sure I like the way Mikkeller took this beer.

Draft. Clear golden color. Aroma of white pepper and dusty hay. Taste is dusty and dry.

Pours amber with a dense off-white head. Aroma is malt, peach, citrus, flower and spicy yeast notes. Flavour follows the nose.

Bottle. A big, dense, off-white head forms over a more or less clear body, dark golden in color. Nice lacings. The aroma has the typical saison touch, with some pine cones and orange peel. A faint spiced touch too. As for the aroma, the flavor is dominated by saison yeast, with orange peel, some pine cones and some peppery hints. Very soft on the palate, dry and pleasantly carbonated. Lasting peppery and citrusy finish with a good bitterness. A really fine and tasteful beer that I could easily drink a few of. 130510

Pours clear deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, orange, peach and some spiciness from the yeast. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a yeast fruity and bitter finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, A little sweeter than the lager, more smooth after taste and some yeast spiciness.

Bottle. Pours golden with a big off-white head. Aroma of peach, floral hops, spicy yeast and malt. Flavor is sweet and fruity with some spices, orange, peach and spicy notes. Medium body, average carbonation.

Bottle. Pours a hazy pale orange color with a white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty aroma with hoppy citrus hints. Fruity malty spicy yeasty hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty hoppy bitter finish.

Draft, Beer Temple, Amsterdam
The appearance and the character is similar like the Lambicus one but it has a really dry flavor profile. Dry, tarty mouthfeel. Fine, interesting one but it was a little bit hard work to fight with the dry character.
