On tap at BD Brum. Creamy, smooth, full of flavour - lovely hops throughout. Long dry finish. Beautiful mouthfeel. Really good.

Aroma: Spicy and yeasty.
Appearance: A clear amber colored beer. A low off-white head with some lacing and good curtains.
Taste: Spicy, peppers and yeast.
Palate: Medium carbonation, a coarse texture. A small body with a good dry finish.
Overall: Complex and interesting.

Draught:
Medium sized vast white foamy head which disappears slow.
A cloudy yellow (with annorange tint) colored beer.
Aromas of cookies, hops, hop sweets, pine, pine apple and peach.
Taste is bitter with a nice fruity yeast tone: apricot, exotic fruit, sweet grains, light malty. Good bitter yeasty hop mix.
Aftertaste is bitter, fruity, floral and light dry.
Low carbo, soft mouthfeel, medium to fuller body and a light creamy texture.
Another solid brew, but hey it’s the Proef and Mikkeller working together!

Bottle. A big, dense, off-white head forms over a more or less clear body, dark golden in color. Nice lacings. The aroma has the typical saison touch, with some pine cones and orange peel. A faint spiced touch too. As for the aroma, the flavor is dominated by saison yeast, with orange peel, some pine cones and some peppery hints. Very soft on the palate, dry and pleasantly carbonated. Lasting peppery and citrusy finish with a good bitterness. A really fine and tasteful beer that I could easily drink a few of. 130510

Bottle. Pours golden with a big off-white head. Aroma of peach, floral hops, spicy yeast and malt. Flavor is sweet and fruity with some spices, orange, peach and spicy notes. Medium body, average carbonation.

Keg,BrewDog,Birmingham.18th march.Amber gold pour with a smallish white head.Yeast and citrus aroma.Taste of lemon,bread,malt,yeast and some spice hints in this tasty brew with a slightly hoppy/bitter finish.

Januar bonus @Sørens. Hoppy aroma dominated by orange and grapefruit with a bit of cookie spice. Dry and hoppy flavour with a quite bitter finish. Very enjoyable beer, but as a yeast tutorial it’s not useful at all.
