330mL bottle. $6.00 for a single. Pours copper color, thick creamy light tan head. Citrus and malt scent. Sweet fruit esters. Some attic. Tastes of spicy hops, some sweet malts, tropic fruit esters, and attic. Finishes with a spicy character and some bitterness. Belgian Yeast is noticeable.

As noted, right off the bat I picked up that distinct De Proef yeast that I’ve grown to enjoy. there’s also dark fruits, black cherry and fig on the nose. the beer poured cloudy with sediments, light amber with cream, fluffy white head. reminded me of cognac. biscuit malts, esters. sour acidity and dry finish. dank, basement flavors. complex and tasty.

Funky nose - stale malt. DDemmingJR noted that it smells like de proef yeast. Turns out it was brewed there! Flavor - candied malt. Some darker fruity notes.

Golden with a thick white head. Malty with fruity notes. Malt, fruit and hops. Medium body with bitter finish.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass a bit darker than exspected. Starts hoppy and dry, modest fruity like lemon. Finish also with some malty-dry notes, a bit earthy, still mild sourish. Interesting beer!

Bon cos, textura i aroma. Lleuger i agradable amarg. Final sec i llarg. Per a disfrutar i tornar a repetir.

Good IPA. hoppy. Good beer but the project fails. I do not understand it to be such a hoppy beer, when the idea is that you should be able to taste the difference in yeast.
