3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle split with EC and LS. Pours a slightly hazy, orange body with a medium, thick, creamy head that lingers and sticks. Aroma is outdoorsy and tart with some citrus. Lightly sweaty. Malty sweet flavor with moderate bitterness. Tart and lemony with some nice bitter grapefruit. Light body with a decidedly bitter finish. Effervescent carbonation. Tartness and sourness adds to the bitter perception. Alcohol is well hidden/blended. A successful experiment and a pleasure to have tasted!

Sour finish with a little hop-presence. Slightly oily texture, low carbonation, medium-long duration. By far the most interesting of the yeast-series.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Birra molto particolare. Ottima.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
the nicest of the yeast series line, easily. aroma is a little more vinegar/sour than the flavor, but both are nice. lots of typical barnyard funk and someone this one (still at 8%) feels lighter than the rest. highly sessionable, and quite tasty.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle 33 cl @ home. Aroma is initially meds, but leather and typically brett afterwards. Floral, cheese and intense dusty, remind me something abandoned for decades in an old room. Appearance: clear strong orange/amber color, with a persistent and widely foam. Taste is salty (like tears), fizzy, crispy, sour strawberries, meds again, citrus and hoppy. Bitter finish, persistent but gentle. I’d rather having an It’s alive! by Mikkeller, but that’s a good one too.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Very interesting and complex - vinous aroma, flavour profile and texture... very cloudy - lovely malt vs hop vs yeast ballance.
