pours hazy caramel, decent white head. doesn’t really look like a typical lager, as expected from Mikkeller. nose is herbal malts, earthy hop profile, Belgian yeast. full bodied with long, bitter aftertaste. I dug it.

Hazy orange, fluffy white head. Yeast funk nose. Pretty average lager with Belgian notes throughout. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Clear orange with a huge off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and rather hoppy - grapefruit and peach. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. 210112

12 oz. bottle shared by Tmoney99. Pours a hazy amber color with a small off white head. The nose is moderately sweet malts, mildly spicy, with some herbal and floral notes as well. Flavors of caramel malts, a nice fruitiness, spicy notes with some light herbals as well. I had no idea what to expect, but found this to be fairly tasty.

Bottle. Poured a hazy copper color with an average frothy white head that was lasting and produced excellent lacing. Good moderate earthy leather hop and yeast aroma. Medium to full body with a dry slick texture and soft carbonation. Moderate to heavy bittersweet flavor with with a moderate to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. This beer exceeded my expectations.

Thanks to yespr for that one. Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Starts hoppy and dry, modest sweet. Some fruity hints of lemon. Finish mild, dry-malty. Quite drinkable. Not bad!

Dark orange body with a big off white head. Nice fresh hoppy aroma, some maltiness with caramel. Medium body, easy drinking, alcohol is noticeable though. Flavour is bittersweet, citric, with caramel and cereal.

UPDATED: FEB 12, 2013 Bottle. Amber clear. One finger head. Almost no malt/hop aromas. Sourbitter in taste and finish. A little dull but strong! Rerated with the new yeast serie. Two finger foam. Hazy copper. Extreme intens citrus tropical fruit aromas. Quite bitter. Can it be the Same recipe as the former serie. Totally different upgrade brew.

330ml bottle. If only all pale lagers looked, smelt and tatsed this good the world would be a better place. Rocky dense head and a deep golden honey colour. The aroma is strong and fills the nose with a sweet pleasant scent. Full in the mouth with a velver texture. Big and bold and puts the bite into pale lagers.
