(Draught) Pours dark copper amber with an off-white head. The aroma holds tropical fruits, red berries, ripe peach, pine, wood, tobacco, mint, eucalyptus, citrus peel, caramel and cookies. Hints of strawberry yoghurt. Harmonic and enjoyable nose. The flavour is light sweet, medium to heavily bitter and light acidic. Woodsy, resinous and tea-like with a grapefruity aftertaste. The mouthfeel is clean and tart with a light carbonation. Near medium bodied.

Deep red amber with a lasting off-white head. Fruity hops with white grapes, passion fruit and orange, along with some bready malt. Fruity hop flavour on a nice, rich, but dry, malty background. Has a slightly rough bitterness towards the finish.

From tap@Bishop’s Arms, Malmö. A finger of beige cream head over a ruby-red body with good clarity. Aroma is a nice blend of soft caramelly malts and fresh fruity and earthy hops. Taste has a strong and bold hop bitterness, backed and balanced by some gently sweet, lightly toasted caramelly malts. Not very full, properly light-bodied. Spicy and fruity-hoppy endnotes. Very good indeed.

On tap. Clear amber golden with an off-white head.Intensely fat hops and caramel in the nose. Medium body, loads of caramel and a fairly exotic hopping - very spicy but not overly bitter. Very interesting - and very different from the X version. 190610
