Pours black with a small khaki head that leaves some lacing. Smells and tastes consist of dark chocolate, coffee and licorice upfront with the hop kick in the end. Medium bodied with a lingering cocoa aftertaste. An enjoyable brew.

Brown color with small head. Nice aroma of British yeast, a bit cheesy. Dry mouthfeel; the roasted malt flavor is not aggressive, there is some dark chocolate too, and strong hopping, providing bitterness and appreciated resins.
Very good.

Bien.

330 ml bottle. Lote 59. BB 01/15. From Lowenbrau. Thanks a lot!
Dark brown colour with a small creamy light tan head. Mild berry hops, mild bitterness, mild sweetness and some maltiness in the aroma. The flavour is dry malt, grain, berry hops, moderate bitterness, liquorice and mild ashy dryness. Not bad. Passable Black IPA.

Bottle 33 cl from WHYBeers - Malaga (E). Black with short beige foam, drawing to the glass. Floral nose, orange blossom, citrus, tropical, coffee-espresso. The taste is roasted with acidulity, very perfumed. There are notes of flowers, rose-pink, orange blossom, a tropical fruity and a citrusy bitterness. That remains slight, affordable because without excess. Here, they banked on the perfume and the balance and it’s made a success.
