Apariencia: Color negro intenso y espuma abundante y persistente. Aroma: Suave en el que se aprecia el característico aroma de una IPA y un ligero toque torrefacto. Sabor: Agradable y moderado amargor con suaves notas tostadas y herbales.

Dark muddy brown body with a caramel-brown cream head. Appealing medley of piny and citrus hops with a smooth debittered black malt backbone. The body exhibits a medium amount of juicyness with a palate full of pine and chocolate. Quite enjoyable

Bottle, thx Lowenbrau. Pours dark dark brown, nearly black with small beige head. Aroma is roasty malts and some subtle sweet mandarin and citrusy notes. Dark chocolate and a light note of cake. Taste hits you with a nice roast and really dark chocolate. Quite roasty and dry all way through and some sweetness in the end. Medium body and low carbonation, would have guessed it a higher ABV. Finish is mostly bitter from the dark malts. Quite intense one.

Bottle thanks to LukasMH. Pours dark, almost black with a small, white head. Aroma has lots of roasty malts, slight chocolate cake, sweeter citrus notes, hops and some licorice. Taste is very roasty bitter up front, got some sweeter malts mid sip and ends off dry and bitter hoppy. Medium full body and medium low carbonation.

Pours black with a small khaki head that leaves some lacing. Smells and tastes consist of dark chocolate, coffee and licorice upfront with the hop kick in the end. Medium bodied with a lingering cocoa aftertaste. An enjoyable brew.

Bottle at Pedale, Madrid, lot 27, bb 6-2014
Brown color with small head. Nice aroma of British yeast, a bit cheesy. Dry mouthfeel; the roasted malt flavor is not aggressive, there is some dark chocolate too, and strong hopping, providing bitterness and appreciated resins.
Very good.
