Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of caramel and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of wet hay, caramel, and fruits, leading to a bitter finish.

Cerveza de color ambar intenso y reflejos cobrizos. Buena formación de espuma pero de muy baja persistencia. El aroma es de inteso lúpulo que deja paso a la malta suavemente tostada y que le proprciona las notas de caramelo y frutos secos. En boca la intensidad del lúpulo aumenta y se perciben muy bien sus notas resionas. Su cuerpo es medio en parte gracias a la adición de avena. Carbonatación media-baja. El retrogusto deja un leve dulzor residual y notas intensas y prolongadas del lúpulo. (Botella, 330 ml)

330ml bottle from Beermoth (I think!). Pours a reddish brown with a fresh hop aroma. Vague malty hops in the taste with some autumn leaves and some underlying fruitness. Not bad.

Pigs Ear. Bottle. Hazy amber beer, little pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and airy. Light mineral crispness. Smooth malt, little cream. Light and airy. Really well balanced fresh piney and fruity hops. Finishes smooth and light.

Little brown head, not very appealing in my opinion. Dark brown color, sediment present. Malty aroma: cookies, caramel, fruits, apple, alcohol. Oily, metallic mouthfeel. Moderate body, low carbonation, bitter finish. Coffee, cocoa taste. Nor very complex but decent.

[ASPETTO] marrone scuro con tonalità leggermente rossastre [SCHIUMA] nocciola, media presenza, compatta , buona persistenza [OLFATTO] note di malto, caramello, e frutta secca, con un apporto erbaceo dato dalla luppolatura ed un tocco acetico. [GUSTO] approccio maltoso, con un certo dolce di fondo a cui segue una componente acidula che accompagna verso un finale amarognolo ma contenuto. [TEXTURE] corpo medio basso, carbonazione contenuta, alcohol poco evidente [COMMENTO FINALE] amber ale che lavora abbastanza bene a livello dei malti, con una certa consistenza al palato e note dolci. La luppolatura si nota, dando un tocco che ricorda un poco le american amber ale. La compenente astringente stona un pelino, forse non voluta. finale non paricolamente entusiasmante nel quale gli amaricanti perdono di mordente. nel compleso dicreta " rossa" che promette bene. (versione 6 %)
