Botella. Buena presencia con una gran corona persistente. Aroma maltoso, herbal y floral y notas muy cítricas. En boca hay ligera acidez y buenas dosis de lúpulo, muy buena combinación trigo y lúpulo cítricos con final largo lupulado

Bottle. Cloudy milky yellow, nice lace. Citric, light spicy nose. Medium light body, chewy though. Dry spicy and citric flavor, strong but fitting hop notes. , great balance. Really pleasant wit.

profumi di cereali , crosta di pane, un certo bouque floreale con toni erbacei e fieno.
[GUSTO]
mantiene la sensazione di cereali con un apporto piuttosto sbilanciato verso gli amaricanti dei luppoli, che forniscono sentori agrumati per poi convergere verso note piů terrose ed erbali. Finale secco, amaro.
[TEXTURE]
corpo medio basso, bassa carbonazione, alcohol non evidente
[COMMENTO FINALE]
fresca e piacevole, con quel tocco amarognolo extra che ricorda alcune saison belga bevute di recente. Molto soddisfacente come aperitivo.

29/11 A 0.75 l bottle @Cimmeria, Oviedo. It poured hazy yellow body with small head. Typical wit aroma, some banana, slightly sour and yeasty. Flavor was also on a bit sour side, very lightly over lactic yeasty and somewhat estery notes, but herbal and citrus hops are also intensive making it distinct from genuine Belgian examples. Medium bodied with lesser carbonation. Quite dry and. Very good for the style, I liked its peculiarity.

It is a straw-colored beer, carbonated seemingly little cloudy with a good layer of white foam, very porous and very durable.
Smells classic wheat malts, with presences of fruit, banana is present but less than others of the same style.
The flavor is very surprising, very bitter from the start of the draft, this is possibly due to the use of oranges, refreshing flavored wheat malt and banana.
It has a bitter aftertaste and durable, will not even notice the alcohol and is very refreshing, and with a low carbonation. It combines very well with fish and white meats.
A very well-made beer, which seems to be the house brand, which will certainly monitor this brewery.
