Cask (handpump) at the Roebuck Inn (JD Wetherspoon), Nottingham on 13 July 2012. Gold in colour. Overall impression throughout is clean and hoppy. Plenty of citrus in the aroma. Grapefruit on the palate with some sweetish, estery fruit notes. Pleasant and tasty. Higher ABV than many of its ilk seems to add a bit more presence.

Cask at the Crosse Keys, JDW, London. Pours clear, yellow-gold with a light foam head. Lightly toasted hay in the nose with faint lemon and some spicy, floral hops. Light sweet flavor with faintly tangy citrus, grass and dandelion. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish with toasty grass and straw bitterness, some lemon rind, and light straw. Lingering bitterness. A very decent golden.

Cask, Criterion, Leicester. Pale gold with a white head. Aromas are hay and lemon with clean, woody notes and floral Flavours are crisp lemon with bitter grapefruit and jammy, fruity sweetness. Light toast malts with evident alcohol. Dry on the finish. Decent.
