Cask; Regular.
A ruby red beer with a creamy head, lightly hopped and full of flavour. Rich Ruby has a rich, fruity aroma produced by a combination of crystal and chocolate malts with Nugget, Galena and East Kent Goldings hops.

Cask@moonunderwater, wolverhampton. Chestnut beer with large creamy head. Looks good. Biscuit aroma. Taste is biscuit and caramel. Very dull beer.

Cask at Hamilton Hall, JDW, London. Pours clear, copper-gold witha moderate, white foam head. Bready malts in the nose with suggestions of ripe berries and other fruits. Medium sweet flavor with lots of bready malts, light toasty brown sugar, hints of caramel, berries. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes with decent sweetness and mellow, leafy bitterness, some further toasted sugars, bread and caramel. Good and sessionable.

Clear medium brown amber color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, molasses, burnt caramel, smooth. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100426]

PInt on handpull at The Midnight Bell in Leeds, a very attractive auburn/brown with an off-white head. The aroma is rich malt and woody. Light toasted malt on the palate, along with being rich and fruity. Very enjoyable.
