Colour: Golden yellow. The use of Mount Hood as the aroma hop gives this beer a pungent hoppy fruitiness; think citrus fruit notably lime. There is also a hint of cereal malt on the nose which evokes the spirit of the mash from whence the beer came. On the palette the overwhelming sensation is citrus fruit (lime marmalade but also overripe grapes spring to mind) along with warming alcoholic esters before a bitter, hoppy and dry finish which is enlivened by lasting citrus (lime) and grainy malt making a late surge. A delicious blonde beer to be taken with care.

Cloudy golden with a small white head. Hoppy aroma of exotic fruits, with a hint of butter. Sweet and fruity flavour.

Cask Conditioned at Market Porter, London, as Milk Street Somerset Beer
Hazy amber color, thin head. The aroma is too light, but it surely has a very good caramel flavor, medium sweet; well balanced, with a good mouthfeel; the sweetness is present till the end. Good.

Cask @ Market Porter with Magic Dave6 and Mes. A pretty well balanced ale. Golden color with thin white head. Malts and hops aroma and taste. Overall ok but rather uninspiring.

Cask in the market porter. Alround rating: String pale ale, buttery malts, balanced, but unexciting stuff.

Cask@Market Porter. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is vanilla, wood, some fruits and nectar. Also some mild grassyness. Flavour is very much the same, quite a bunch of sour fruits and grass in it, compared to the aroma.

Cask gravity at Planet Thanet 08. Gold with thin bubbly head. Bit of rubber on aroma. It’s alright, some hop, but too much rubber for me. Rest is ok, but unsurprising.

A Mes rate: Gravicask at Planet Thanet 2008.
Golden brown with no head. Reasonable malt and hop balance with a bit of rubber on the finish. Really I should give it plus points for the imaginative name and pump clip...

mall bubble top and a great name. Mild hop spring air and farm aroma. Flavor of vegutatin maybe like what wheatgrass Is like(I wouldn’t know) clean finish except a twinge of bitter.

March, 2008 Thanet Easter Beer Fest. The Winter Gardens, Margate. Stunningly average - though eventually some rubber bands emerge. The bright bottle I took home did taste better - less rubber, and more - well - beer! [2.7]
March, 2012 JDW, Rochester. Apricot flavoured. Clean, sweetish, juicy malt. Nice soft smack of hops. Overall quite pleasant lingering powdery finish. [3.3]

Cask at the Bricklayers Arms, 9th March 2008. Blonde amber with a white head. Malty nose with a hint of leather and tobacco. Starts spicy and peppery on the palate, then sweet malt and alcohol and finishes with a little bit of hoppy bitterness. Smooth on the tongue with a subtle creaminess. Overall, a really drinkable and enjoyable beer.
