Commercial Description:
Keg, Special;
Colour: Golden yellow Wheat beer with a prominent elder flower edge which is balanced with the judicious use of the Styrian golding hop. There's an enticing nose of luscious elder flower cordial with extra hints of lychee and sherbet dab; there's also a hint of grainy malt (think Weetabix). On the palette there's more elder flower, lychee as well as lemon zest fruitiness, plus amid-palette tartness from the wheat. The mouthfeel is soft. The fruitiness lingers in the mouth before a dry, fruity finish with whispers of grainy maltiness. The word moreish was made for this.

Keg at The Griffin, Frome, Somerset. Watery yellow, fizzed head. Pretty much a tasteless concoction, flowery is the kindest word I can find, otherwise a wishy washy sweet cordial. Horrible.
