Commercial Description:
Fresh and sweet, with just a little bit of attitude. Continental malts, hops, and yeast make this an authentic European - inspired lager.

Taster - Mill Creek Brew Pub - Walla Walla, WA – An easy drinking lager that lacks any real flavor. This was a good local beer for the non beer snob.

Does a fine job emulating Pabst Blue Ribbon. A decent pale lager. My friend commented that " it doesn’t taste much like beer." As if that were a good thing. Pours gold-amber with a rapidly fading small white head. Few lacings. Has a mild sweetness with a hard to find hop profile. The hops show up as some bitterness in the finish. Some butter qualities that fades as beer is consumed. Overall a pretty good light bodied lager. abv seemed pretty low also. From a growler fill.

Dark golden with hints of brown, a slight haze, and a thin white head. Bown sugar, light chocolate and toast on the aroma. Seems like and all-malt lager but the brewer says there are some hops in there, which come out on the finish as a very light bitterness. Sweet brew with a light body.

Sweet, corn-like smell with a tad of spice to it. Very carbonated with a thick, foam head. Although this lager has an odd spicing to it which makes it interesting, the beer is disagreeable on the whole.
