Pint on tap at the brewpub pours a golden color with a small white head which leaves very little lacing on the glass. Aroma is light cereal grains with some citrus and earthy notes. Taste is light malty sweetness with a citrus and earthy hop bitterness. Light bodied with moderate carbonation. The best that this brewery has to offer, a pretty decent English style pale ale.

Golden color, with creamy head. The aroma is earthy, some manure, continental hops. Decent malt flavor, with good hopping, quite aromatic, green, grassy, with an earthy profile as well. Pleasant, the best beer at the pub.

1 of a 6-variety sampler tasted on 03/10/2011. Colour: Deep, deep yellow. Nose: Pine needles, dark bread, corriander. Taste: Light sweet, medium bitter, light sour. Herbal variety dances, bitter citrus (grapefruit?), garlic hint.

The best of the bunch I tried, Golden with a little haze. Aroma was some pine and citrus. Nice dry hop flavour with bready malts and a bitter finish. Basic, but effective.

Golden colour, soft visible carbonation. EKG aroma with very slightly bready, toasty accents. Mild bitterness. Earthy EKG notes with honeyish, lightly biscuity malts. A little light for me, but clean and well-constructed.
