High alpha American hops flood this
amber ale. Two row base with Cara amber,
acidulated malt, and Victory build a malt
profile that stands up to the hop schedule.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber with a thin white head. Citrus and light malt. Nice lemon note as it warms. Sweet and malty, like the last one it’s a little on the sweet side. Not fully attenuated perhaps? More body than the callibrator, with a nice earthy citrus bitterness that runs through it. Finishes up with some light bitterness.

Draft at brewpub. Pours light orange with a khaki head. A bit of hoppiness on the nose. Not a lot going on on the top. Finishes clean. Kind of boring especially considering the style.
