2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Weak smell...more of a clear peach colour than amber with a blotchy head that dissipates into a thin white lace. Rather simple taste. Light-medium malts with a tinge of sweet honey. Not one of mill streets staple beers.

3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Rusty, light tea, colour. Bright, beady, ring of white bubbles. Esthers of yeast on the nose. Some sweet flavoured caramel upfront and it starts with a wet mouth feel like a dirty martini but finishes with a balanced bitter reminder of rye bread and whole wheat flour. A full flavoured lager. Refreshing.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
Tap at Madison Avenue Pub in Toronto. Pale amber, headís off-white with rather nice lace. Crisp and light, watery on the palate but in context thatís alright. Sweet, caramelly-ish and hoppy-ish, unpretentious and rather unremarkable brew. I wonder if itís dumbed down since AB InBev took over.

2.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
At Ajax Beerfest. Pours orange gold with a foamy white head. Aroma is floral and sweet malt. Taste has carmel and sweet malts but the flavor seems kind of muted. Decent, but nothing special.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
This lager poured a cloudy Amber colour with a big, creamy off white head. Scents include lemony hops, vanilla Andes nice malts. First swig was quite nice with flavours of tea, citrus and malt. Finish is malty and lightly sweet. Light tea flavours lingering on the palate...

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
473 mL Can. Deep gold-orange body with a 2-finger foamy cream head settling and leaving blotchy lace. Aroma of sweet malts, crystal malt, a pungent floral note, a hint of clover and an innuendo of honey. A delightful flavor with the light sweet malts raising a hand in the aftertaste, sweet malts and grassy hop finish.

2.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Wanted to love this one as Iím a fan of Mill St. in general but find the Organic bland and often skunky. Unfortunately this one didnít make the grade. Exceedingly foamy and a little weak across the board

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Okay frothy head and dark golden body. Soft citrus aroma mixed with hops, clean smelling but with zero complexity. Flavour is a muddy affair of watery nuttiness with a bit of a sugary sweetness on the back end. Nothing to see here, move along.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Toronto 2015 trip +++ Sampled from a 473 ml can this beer poured a hazy yellow-gold color with a huge creamy-soapy yellow-white head that lingered forever and left good lacing. The aroma was tangy, sweet and malty with notes of honey and fruit. The flavor was toasty with toffee and honey followed by grassy hops and a bit of perfume. Medium length finish. Medium body. Exceeded expectations.
