Bottled sample via radiomgb. Sunny yellow in colour with a bit of haze and moderate carbonation. Wheaty aroma with secondary notes of coriander and orange. Lemon sourness and coriander elements are strong in the mouth, with some stale malted wheat, black pepper, and bubblegum nuances. A little too heavy in the palate for me (at least upfront), that the sourness nearly balances. Not bad overall.

A little thin in body, good lemon and corriander flavour, light straw bitterness.

Jul 25, 2008 Brown bottle, 341 ml, purchased at the LCBO on July 7 2008, savoured on July 25 2008; eye: straw with a whitish hue, hazy, average effervescence, voluminous white head that falls rapidly and turns into a tiny ring, slight lacing; nose: freshness, wheat, coriander, light orange, light hops; mouth: wheat, fizzyness, rather abrupt fall in savours, light orange, coriander appears strongly, rather acidic finale in wheat with a hint of orange and coriander, medium-thin body, rather carbonated; overall: better than expectations

Bouteille brune, 341 ml, achetée à la LCBO le 7 juillet 2008, savourée le 25 juillet 2008; œil : paille avec une teinte blanchâtre, voilée, effervescence moyenne, mousse blanche abondante qui tombe assez rapidement pour se transformer en un petit anneau, très légère dentelle; nez : fraîcheur, froment, coriandre, léger orange, léger houblon; bouche : froment, pétillement, chute assez marquée des saveurs, léger orange, coriandre arrive assez fortement, finale plutôt acide en froment avec une pointe d’orange et de coriandre, corps moyen-mince, plutôt carbonatée; en résumé : mieux que mes attentes

Jun 22, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a substantial white head. Has an incredible spicy aroma of coriander. Slightly sulfurous. The palate is fizzy. However, since the sweetness is so strong throughout the beer, it leads to a seltzer-like neutralizing finish. Yummy.
