wilderthanyou (301), Guelph, Ontario, Canada Dec 15, 2007 Pours a pale murkey yellow with a thin lightly stickey head that has decent retention. Aroma is coriander, orange, and wheat. Flavour is lighter then I expected but still tasty, some sweetness at first, with a bit of wheat, some spice, coriander, and lemon. A decent brew, but I expected more from Mill St.

Info: 341ml bottle, 25/11-2007 Sledge Jr (2692), Omaha, Nebraska, USA Jun 22, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a substantial white head. Has an incredible spicy aroma of coriander. Slightly sulfurous. The palate is fizzy. However, since the sweetness is so strong throughout the beer, it leads to a seltzer-like neutralizing finish. Yummy. garthicus (515), Toronto, Ontario, Canada May 24, 2008 Appearance: Cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma: Rather skunky, mown grass - sweet corn aroma. Flavour, sweet/creamed corn, yuck, did not agree with me at all. CapnCascade (28), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada May 22, 2008 Cloudy golden pour with a wispy head and minimal retention. Aroma hints of light fruit and spice, citrus peel and coriander. The flavor has coriander and is mildly citrusy but might also suggest Hollandaise sauce (?!). It’s pleasant, but could be more "witty". Mouthfeel is gentle, fairly low carbonation, very drinkable, but far from the best of the style I’ve had. A bit of a half-wit, I’d say! austinpowers (2824), New York, New York, USA May 6, 2008 Very Belgian in its Wit-ness. Quite dry and a touch bitter. This one’s not my thing - give me a Hoegaarden any day. A little too fizzy, as well.
