COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mill St Belgian style Wit is a refreshing beer made with a unique blend of ingredients. The soft texture and pale colour comes from the use of wheat. Coriander, orange peel and our special yeast produce the complexity and depth of fruity flavours contained within the glass. This beer is unfiltered. The resulting cloudiness gave rise to the term Wit, or White beer

Bottle, thanks to _angst_. Hazy pale yellow beer with a small white head. Dough aroma, sourish, hay, spicy notes. Fruity flavor, glue, dough, hay, bready notes. Thin bodied.

Bouteille 341ml.

Like a tonic water. Orange and coriander is noticeable. A bit tart with a lemon finish. Seriously, reminds me of a G & T.

Draught at the brewpub
Unfortunately served with an orange wedge. Cloudy blond, with almost no head. Very light wheat aroma. Some wheat flavor, with very light residual sweetness, almost no spicy character, low bitterness, and a very light fruity touch (the orange?).

Pretty genetic Wit. Aroma of orange peel, coriander, and spicy yeast. The taste is much the same up front, with a slight hoppy finish. Medium-light bodied. You can generally rely on it to be available at any bar, if you’re in the mood for a wheat beer.

This is one of the better Mill St. beers, and a decent example of a Wit. Standard flavours here; orange, lemon, spices, banana. The spices come through quite nicely.

Spicy banana-like aroma, decent for the style. Flavor has similar characteristics on the nose, but quickly falls flat.

Pour out of 12 oz bottle, hazy yellow orange pour with thin to no head, aroma has notes of some honey, lemon, biscuit notes, touch of sour apple, some off and weird citrus notes, something a bit weird. Taste is sweet grain, some hints of lemon, grass, some fruity notes, full yeast, some nice grain and yeast notes, but finishes a bit sweet. Eh nothing great, both nothing wrong but nothing great.

Bottle @ home, courtesy of pushkinwow. Thanks! Cloudy, golden orange appearance with a small white head. Coriander, orange citrusy, light lemon, fairly bready yeasty aroma. Tangy, orange peel, somewhat spicy, orange juicy flavor. Ok.

341ml bottle. A cloudy yellow-orange body with small head that dissipates almost instantly. Grainy aroma with orange and coriander, some floral hops. Taste is a little spicy, with the bare minimum of bitterness, and a lots of orange. An easy drinker, not too bad.
