Pours a deep copper with a small off white head leaving a nice lace kicking around. Aroma is mostly nutmeg cinnamon and some light wheat. Flavour is mostly spice(nutmeg cinnamon) and some faint pumpkin notes. Carbonation is high. In my top 5 for pumpkin beers.

pours clear bottle brown, almost no head nor retention, just a thin ring, a few countable slow streams. Malted pumpkin and cinnamon/nutmeg on the nose. Drinks with a light roasted almost salty ginger up front, medium malts, 6/10-tame sweetness, body thins out in the mids, spices kick in - cinnamon, nutmeg, finishing crisp, partially hopped dry and roughish mildly bitter. Low-medium complexity, low-med depth, okay transitions, flat carry, okay drinkability. Not awesome, I’ve had better pumpkin ales.

355ml bottle. Nice deep orange colour with an off white, whipped cream head, pretty filtered. Pumpkin pie and vanilla in the aroma, with a little beer underneath. Good balance between the pumpkin, spice, malt and herbal hops on this one. Nothing gets too far ahead of the others. Body is surprisingly light and crisp for such a sweet beer. Overall, one of the more successful pumpkin beers I’ve had, but I couldn’t see drinking more than one myself before the taste became cloying.

Aroma of wet malt, though the colour is a lovely dark amber. Flavour isn’t much to speak of. There’s vanilla and a bit of cinnamon burn in the end... Just OK.

pours cloudy dark amber with a decent white head, little retention and lacing. fruity - pumpkin, apricots, careful blend of spices, hint of acidity from wheat, earthiness, hint of sweetness, nuttiness. average to soft carbonation, medium body - oily, decent grassy-citrusy finish. decent spiced offering.

Pours a clear orange amber with a small off white top. Aroma is cinamon, nutmeg and pumpkin. Taste is light spices including cinamon, nutmeg and cadamon. Not overpowering

From bottle. Pours a deep amber/brown colour, opaque. Light whiff of pumpkin but definite impression of vegetable matter Flavor is blend of unsweetened pumpkin pie, some spiciness carried along by excessive carbonation. Managed the bottle but don’t think pumpkin beers are my thing...

had on tap as ’pumpkin ale’ assume this is the same thing as here, it was fairly light yellow, with a lot of cinnimon in the aroma and the flavour was also full of cinn and as well as nutmeg. it was a bit strong on the spices for me, overall, it was drinkable

I’ve had this brew a few times on tap but this is the first time I bought it in bottles to try a few in a row and really evaluate it. The verdict is in – this is a very decent pumpkin ale, probably the best in the local market. Pours a shimmering orange color with an off-white cap. Pungent aromas of pumpkin spice, grains and musty herbaceous pumpkin. Between the spices, hops and carbonation, the front side of the flavor profile is very sharp and peppery, this then mellows as the malt and pumpkin tastes arrive to give some fair balance and light complexity. The finish is sharp and drying with spice and hops providing a spicy bittering. A really great Canadian pumpkin ale
