With our first offering, Original Organic Lager, we’ve used only imported organic New Zealand Hallertau Hops and Breiss Organics 2-Row Brewers Malt to create a uniquely refreshing lager with a distinct European flavour.

Bottle, from a seasonal sampler pack given by a friend. Poured into a lager glass, poured a light gold with a weak, thin head that disappeared almost immediately. Yeasty with a slight hint of lemon and a dose of sulphur on the nose. Taste is grainy, slightly sweet. Thin and flat on the palate, weakly carbonated. Kind of reminded me of Harp, only without all the character that that brew brings (ha, ha). Overall not special, and not especially good.

Sampled form a 473 ml can this beer poured a bright yellow color with a huge creamy-soapy white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was yeasty, phenol, egg white and grassy hops. The flavor was tangy, yeasty, phenol, egg white and hints of grass and citrus. Medium length finish. Light to medium body. Pretty awful.

Pours a slightly hazy straw yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is a sharp lemon, earthy hops, and subtle bread malts. Flavor is lightly sweet bread malts, earthy hops, and less distinct citrus flavors. Not too bad.

Flaska. Ljusgul öl med ett stort frostigt skum. Dofter av malt, säd och majs. Smakinslag av malt, säd, bröd och en skvätt lime. Drickbar, glömbar.

Can in Toronto. Rather forgettable, clear-clean yellow lager. Medium sweet, mild and indistinct.

Pint can pours a bright pale yellow with a large white head. Aroma of sweet dry grassy hops, malt, and yeast. Light grain and malt flavor, slight hop bitterness and yeast. Solid drinkable lager!

16 ounce can into lager glass, no can dating. Pours slightly hazy pale straw color with a 1 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of lemon, cracker, bread, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Okay aromas with balanced pale malt and earthy hop flavors; with decent strength. A bit estery, but not too bad. Taste of lemon, cracker, bread, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal/grassy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, cracker, bread, herbal, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Good balance and robustness of pale malt and earthy hop flavors; with a good malt/bitterness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Very clean on lager flavors in the taste with minimal yeast ester notes present. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, and slightly bready mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 4.2%. Overall this is a very solid Euro pale lager style. All around good robustness and balance of pale malt and earthy hop flavors; and very smooth, crisp, and clean to drink. A pleasantly enjoyable offering.

Drank from bottle. Skunky aroma, almost like a moosehead if you have had one of those. Taste is slightly sweet, lager, finishes thin and watery. Meh
