can8ianben (903), Pasadena, California, USA Aug 8, 2007 Bleh... I guess the highlight is that it’s organic so only the lack of taste is really going to hurt the environment. It’s got a weird sharp bite, but other than that it’s just smooth bland fizz with very little color. If this was really cold on a hot day, I may find some enjoyment. linc33 (177), Albany, New York, USA Jul 28, 2007 On tap at the brewery. Keystone Light has more colour. Possibly more flavour. rederic (1787), montréal, Quebec, Canada Jul 18, 2007 222mil clear bottle, bright pale yellow color, with an off-white head, light floral hop citrusy nose, with a subtle pale malt note, hint of wet graininess in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a light acidic citrusy, a sweet pale malt character, with a mild grapefruit flowery hop note, leading towards a lingering dry hoppy finish. frankenkitty (1900), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA Jul 13, 2007 <------Wow, the transparency on that gif is really f’d up...
Very pallid yellow with moderate carbonation under a flimsy white head that left a watery sheet of lace. Aroma finds a light hint of grasses over a DME dry pale malt. Flavor finds a bitter German kick over a pale malt base. Not-quite-thin with a spritzy/dry finish. A high-class lager.

TipsyMcStager (900), Calgary, Alberta, Canada Jul 3, 2007 Light malt and grassy aroma. Flavour is along similar lines. Light bodied, inoffensive lager, but not setting the world on fire. I gotta ask - what’s the point of the useless 222 mL bottles? Two of them don’t even fill up a pint glass. Weak. OKBeer (1159), Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada Jun 28, 2007 222 ml clear bottle. Pale yellow colour with a quickly diminishing fizzy white head. Grainy, lightly acidic, and lightly floral aroma. Lightly grainy and toasty flavour with a sweetish and grainy finish. Light bodied, refreshing. Simple and unexciting. VeloVampire (483), Parkdale, Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jun 17, 2007 On tap at Freshwood Grill - came a very pale gold with a small fizzy white head. Clean aroma of sweet malt and hay, with some very light hops and a bready quality. Taste much the same - clean, simple, refreshing, no more, no less. Props to the organic thing. The least interesting of Mill Street’s brews, but definitely quaffable. mnurda (434), Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada Jun 14, 2007 On tap at The Beer Bistro in Toronto. Great tastign lager. Would be fantastic on a hot summer day
