Like Creemore, I never used to like this beer at all. It’s no Creemore, but I decided to give this beer a chance out of a tall can today just to mix it up. Normally I have to choke it down while enjoying the rest of the Mill St. Seasonal six packs. Why?! Do they always need the main 3 mixed in with the cool ones! Anywayz this is a lager and not a real standout out by any means, but still very well balanced compared to it’s typical by the double dozen counterparts. A creamy taste, with a smoothly crisp feel; aromas of hay and grass. All simple. Carbonation very present, but still mild. Dissipates fast in mouth. Finish long but minimal. Overall just an exercise in lagery smoothness, just as their Cobblestone Stout claims to be. Only happens to be in a considerably lacking style.

341 ml bottle poured at home. Pours clear golden and had no head. Smell is skunk. Taste is sweet. Tastes like a Eurobeer. Easy to drink. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a clear pale gold, topped by a finger or so of white frothy head showing moderate retention and leaving a few spots of lacing. Extensive carbonation. The nose is a combination of bready malts and fruity yeasts. Same goes for the taste. This is liquid white bread, with a touch of sweetness. Watery body, mineral finish. No real crisp on the tongue. Simple but thirst quenching. Cheers!

I thought this beer was fairly lame. Pours an attractive golden. Aromas are faint grain and bubblegum. Similar flavours. This being organic doesn’t help its cause.

Have had this on tap as well as bottled, but this review is from a bottle. Poured in glass, has a clear golden colour. Very little head remains after about a 1/2" head from pour. Huge grainy and wheaty aromas, not much else. Pretty active carbonation. Slight skunky type aftertaste from malts. Grainy flavour. Not enough flavour for me. And my least favourite Mill St. brew.

Bottle, Mulmur, ON, Canada. Pale yellow. Faint citrus white pepper aroma. Mild flavour, quite light. Sweet with some honey and grass.
