Pours a very pale light-gold with an average size diminishing white head. Aroma starts with quite a bit of Saaz hops followed by some sugary sweetness and just a bit of malt. Slightly watery flavour starts, again, with the Saaz hops (which aren’t a particular favourite of mine) backed by caramel malt and a light bitter finish. Average bodied. Reminds me of a decent European Pilsner, it’s reasonably well done, it’s just not my thing. daknole (3048), Scottsdale, Arizona, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Feb 5, 2009 Bottle from jerc, thanks! Yellow pour, small white head. Grainy aroma and pretty grainy flavor. A bit more hops than the US macrobrewed lagers, but still pretty plain and lifeless. SledgeJr (3032), Omaha, Nebraska, USA
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Jun 22, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. No head. Pale yellow. Very faint malt aroma. Slightly flowery. This tastes as close to Schaefer Light as you’ll ever see in a brewpub beer. Medium carbonation and a quick finish. Sugar beets? This is clean and flawless, I’ll admit, but still very grainy at room temp. This was the first beer served to me at this brewpub in a sampler and I was convinced that this was going to be a short afternoon at a real dog ass of a brewpub. Boy, was I wrong. This is the only sucky beer at this place. A large group of Russian tourists came into the bar and each ordered a pint of this, took a couple of sips and left their beers on the table. I think that says it all. presario (3010), Calgary, Alberta, Canada

| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/20 | Oct 27, 2005 Perhaps a bit fizzy but tastes considerably better than the international lagers it might be mistaken for. Very little hops, and a fair amount of water. Smooth and mild. Tastes all-malt (ie. no corn/rice, in my estimation). Cute teensy 10oz bottle it came in, too. Bought in Toronto. | 0.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 2/5 | 2/10 | 1/5 | 1/20 | May 14, 2007 Tiny clear bottles make you feel like Andre the Giant drinking a beer. Pale straw, stinky wet hair aroma. Bland watery grainy palate. Who are these people kidding? This has gimmick written all over it. Normally I’d be vaguely disappointed, but not surprised, with another shitty pale lager. But this pissed me off that they’d charge a ridiculous price for what amounts to a 4-pack divided into six bottles (that’s what is behind the "1" for the Overall category of the total score).
