2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
On tap @ Cíest What Spring Fest.
Aroma is a spicy wheat, didnít get any peach? Cloudy yellow, small long lasting white head. Taste is less spicy than the nose, wheat has faded too. Light bodied, a bit of a let down.

1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 2/20
UPDATED: JUN 8, 2009 On tap at the Kick Off in Waterloo. Taps a hazy golden with a huge white head. Aroma is synthetic fruit and garbage malts, yeast, sweet. Flavour is WAY too sweet, totally unbalanced, a mess in fact. Very little peach, some dry yeastiness is screaming for attention but is drowned out by all the sweetness. Itís like they added way too much bad candi-sugar to their regular Wit. I respect Mill St. and generally like their stuff, but this stuff is so pathetic and awful Iím actually offended. Why not try a Berliner Weisse? Since Iíve read many a brewer talking about how easy a style it is to do, and theyíd totally get to corner the market on it given itís the only example of it outside of Quebec, for this entire country, and it could be mild enough that you wouldnít have to worry about scaring off the apparently psychotically xenophobic Ontario beer drinker (not that those types would never touch Mill St. anyways). End rant. Worst Mill St. brew Iíve had.
