Muddy yellow pour. Fruity nose. Apricot? Not very exciting but easy drinking.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
355ml bottle pours a hazy golden straw color with a finger of white head that dissipates quickly leaving a few spots of lacing on the glass. Aroma is mild with grains and grass. Taste is a grassy and spicy hop bitterness with a light malty sweetness. Has a light body with good carbonation. HAs a little bit more bite to it than a typical macro lager, but otherwise a fairly standard brew.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
355 mL bottle. Pours hazy golden with a tiny white head that disappears. Corn like grain notes, slight lemon or herb like hop. Light bodied with creamy texture. Subtly sweet with a touch of bitterness. Well made yet uninspired.

Average lager. Not entirely sure what the point of this is. Pours golden without head or lacing. Some light sweet malt is the only real aroma here. This is what beer tastes like across the river from Gatineau. Finishes with a kind of sweetened malt with a tinge of booze. Tap at Ottawa brewpub.

On tap at the Ottawa brewpub. Clear gold pour. Aroma is mild of pale malt, tea leaves, and grass. Flavor has mild but lasting malt sweetness with honey and biscuit. Fairly sweet, but I like it.

750ml.bottle shared with Quevillon.750ml.bottle shared with Quevillon. The color is a hazy gold with a very thin white head..The aroma is of barley and sweet candies. The taste also of barley with a bit of hops and malt and that sugary taste, not that great for a beer

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap @ Mill Street Ottawa. Pours a clear straw with a slightly off-white, creamy head. Aroma is a little bit of sweet fruit but mild. Taste is a gentle grain, mild sweetness (lemon), and a gentle bitter hoppiness. Lively carbonation and a short finish. Decent session beer but not one of Mill Street’s better offerings.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Purchased this one in a growler at the Ottawa pub (where it is made for this one only). Pours a clean golden-amber colour with a foamy head at first. The second pour gave me a creamier, long lasting, white cap with great lacing. Hoppy nose (grassy) over grainy malt with very mild spices. Oily, mildly creamy feel. Not sure if this one was infected, but has some sourness to it. Might have to try the draught version at the brewpud, next time I go.

Pale golden orange with a thin light lacy head. Smells flowery, and light malt with a nice fruity peach with some clove sweetness. Smooth light body. Tastes of corn, honey and a nice malt sweetness, a bit of grass. The aftertaste is nice smooth and sweet. Very easy to drink.
