2.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 Metalchopz (1752) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - JAN 10, 2013
I love fruity beers, but not sure if something was wrong with this one. Started off nicely with a clear ruby-purple-red colour and a small white cap that had minimal lacing. Beautiful nose of cranberry-raspberry juices, more on the sweet side. This is where things go wrong. The taste is way too mild, like really watered-down. Not any of the sweetness found in the aromas. Just a tiny little bitterness found in cranberries and then, a tad of sourness. All, with too much water. Not finding any of the malt others have tasted (and usually found in most Mill Street beers). Too bad.
2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 fiulijn (12179) - Malmö, DENMARK - OCT 28, 2012
Draught at the brewpub Beautiful dark amber color, with red hue, and with creamy head. Some caramel and raspberry aroma, like a fruity muffin. The mouthfeel is stylish, light caramel flavor and light raspberry; correct bitterness. Correctly brewed, but rather simple.
2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 solidfunk (1804) - Ontario, CANADA - AUG 15, 2012
Smells a liittle malty, some raspberry. Pours ruby clear, a little foam. Tastes sour and gets pretty foul. Tough to finish a pint. Another below average raspberry beer. On tap at no name bar.

On tap at the brewpub. Clear red pour, pinkish white head. Looks nice.....
Aroma is tart, light sweetness, with an unsweetened jam tinge. Soft carb, soft mouthfeel. The finish tastes artificial, but its not overly sweet, so it was refreshing.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 Powertrip (999) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - JUN 8, 2012
Pint purchased as the Ottawa location o 06/07/2012. Colour: Light red with swirls of brown and medium white head. Nose: Weak fruit, soft malt. Notes of raspberry, paper, mustard. Taste: Medium sweet, light bitter, medium sour. It is great when you drink a fruit beer that isn’t fruit dominant, but when you drink a fruit beer that is simply too light on its fruit of choice, I kinda feel ripped off. This one is pretty light on the raspberry and doesn’t offer much outside of that. The malt and hops are weak and distant and there is alot of emptiness here. Wouldn’t order another unfortunately.

On tap at the Ottawa brewpub. Dark ruby body with a thin white foamy head. Decent malty/hoppy aroma with strong raspberry hints. Taste is rather thin and carries some herbal and grainy notes. Leaves a slightly metallic aftertaste.
2.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 pushkinwow (1339) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAR 4, 2012
On tap at Millstreet Ottawa. Reddish brown with a light tan head. Huge sweet raspberry aroma, slight malts. High carbonation, light body, sweet, very much like a wine cooler, with a candy aftertaste. Wish it had been tart like some people mentioned.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 rejtable (812) - Ontario, CANADA - JAN 3, 2012
Growler from Toronto Brewery. I quite liked this one. Easy quaffer, would be even better in the summer. Poured a nice dark amber. Up front tart notes, but not overbearing. Backed by some malted sweetness, and the end is a nice bitter finish, almost like from an ESB.
