3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Crimson/copper pour, aggressive carbonation lead to a consistent thin head. Not much on the nose. Detect hints of caramel and slight hops. I like the balance and the touch of bitter hops on the palate but I’m not a fan of the thick, carbonated mouthfeel. Finishes nicely.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a dark copper/caramel colour. Decent head. Above average lacing.
Aromas are big sweet caramel malts.
Tastes are malts, bit of molasses, a smidgen of nuttiness, a touch of red fruit peels.
Overall, I wasn’t expecting much and I have to say this one surpassed my expectations. Not a bad beer at all.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
This is my favorite of the Mill Street line. Dark copper appearance with a nice off white head to go with it. Nice aroma. Beautiful bitter that was very palatable. Anticipating the take home version. Not as good as the Great Lakes Burning River Pale Ale I’ve had recently but for something local and more easily attainable it will have to do.

For a pale, incredibly malty. And particularly smooth considering it is an ale. Nice!

Bottle at my uncle’s place. It pours a crystal clear golden brown with a big malty aroma, nutty cocoa. The taste is nice and clean maltiness with a little tangy citrus. Pretty good.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a dark copper with fluffy off white head, and the aroma has notes of citrus, spice, roasted malts, toffee, and caramel. Tasting notes include citrus and tropical fruits from the Cascade hops, and nice malty notes of roasted barley, and a slight bitter finish. This is not a bad APA at all! I was pleasantly surprised.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from LCBO. Pours dark amber with a slightly off white head. Light toffee, light bread aroma. Medium body, medium carbonation. I’ve had this numerous times and its possibly better on tap. There’s caramel, lemon, a little tangerine, toast... It’s easy drinking. Nice.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Tapped at the I think Mill Creek pub in Orangeville/Canada.
Floral hops, sweet aroma. The aroma reminds me of an air refresher used for restrooms.
Color copper dark, head creamy and stable, kept a 4mm level.
Taste a balance of malt and hops, malt major. Caramel malt a bit. Really creamy in taste. Full bodied.
Overall a great ale!
