Ungstrup (10419), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 6, 2006 A hazy dark orange beer with a thin orange head. The aroma is sweet hoppy combined with notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty and well hoppy, combined with notes of caramel, leading to a dry hoppy and bitter end. omhper (9704), Stockholm, Sweden Aug 31, 2007 Bottled at RBESG ’07. Amber coloured. Pleasant hoppy aroma of grapefruit. Crisp, bready and light bodied, freshly hoppy and really enjoyable. Finishes with medium bitterness. Papsoe (9242), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jan 29, 2006 (Bottle 34,1 cl) Slightly hazy dark amber with a creamy, off-white head. Fruity nose with a nutty touch. Caramelish notes and some lightly roasted malt. Dry finish. 270106 Oakes (6529), Miami Beach, Canada Jun 2, 2003 Orange-tinged dark amber; aroma shows rich fruity hoppiness (cherry, plum), plus woody notes, and lightly smokey crystal malts. Nicely balanced beer...grapefruit, wood, chewy earthiness. The crystal almost gets out of hand, but not quite. Fresh-tasting, with a lingering bitterness. Not as bombastic as Alpha King, nor as straightforward as SNPA, this is a fairly unique rendition of the style. sk8viking (5995), Copenhagen, Denmark Jan 29, 2006 Bottle. Orange colour with a off-white head. Malty, fruity aroma and a sweet malty, light french taste. Medium body with a light sweet finish.
