2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Golden, bright, with nice lacing. Mild ginger, and really it’s more malty and cookieish overall.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
A blonde ale with a thick frothy and lacing white head. In aroma, herbal and grassy malt with light ginger notes. In mouth, a smooth crisp malt with faint German hops, faint ginger, honey. Tasted at Arrow and Loon, August 26 2012.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Deep amber pour with a tight white head. The aromau has a lot uoi.of ginger and light caramel malt with a bit of light earthiness as well. The flavour is fairly well-hopped and the ginger is definitely present. A soft herbal/spicy bitterness with some light pale malt sweetness on the back of the palate. A pretty nice ginger beer.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Nice novelty. Not too malty. Ginger taste, much like a ginger ale. Will be popular. Basic as a beer. Unoffensive. On tap at the brewpub.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
2010-09-04. Crisp golden yellow body with a smooth white head and lace. 3+ Flavour is fairly mild, modest pale malt, light bitterness with a modest ginger character in the finish. 6+ Modest aroma, very light floral hop touches, light ginger and muted pale malt profile. 6+ Smooth average plus bodied palate. Okay, it is a touch bland but it is quaffable, and I think more ginger might make it too strong. On tap at Mill St., Toronto

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
May 23, 2011 - on draught at the Toronto brewpub. Clear amber with a smallish fizzy white head. Not much aroma other than light grain and a bit of sharp ginger, maybe a little grassy. Taste follows - simple golden ale and ginger, maybe some honey - average body, crisp and well-carbonated, with a quick lightly spicy/tingly finish. Just okay and refreshing.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Part of a summer sampler mixed 6 pack. Deep golden amber, sweet ginger-kissed caramel malt. Nice flavor and quite drinkable, but I prefer more kick to my ginger beers.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle [355ml]. Pours a clear golden-orange with an average size mostly-lasting frothy white head. Mild aroma of grain, overly-light ginger, pale malt and a hint of hops. Flavour, also mild, of pale malt, light ginger, some grain and some light hops in the finish. Average bodied. It’s pleasant enough on a nice Summer day and I’ll drink it again but for me, a Ginger beer should have lots of Ginger and not the little there is in this.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
[3361-20100826] Tap. Strong aroma of ginger beer in the aroma. Clear, brown orange body with a medium-lasting creamy off-white head. Potent ginger snap flavour gets quite bitter after a few sips. Medium body. Not bad, weird to try.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft at brewery. Clear gold. Nice lasting head. Aroma of ginger snap, getting some cookie for sure--oats and molasses. Light on the palate, and nice for me, it's more ginger snap and cookie than straight spice. So, not bad for a ginger beer.
