3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
A reddish amber ale with no head. In aroma, an intense muskey hops, sweaty and grassy, with wine notes, cat pee, interesting and challenging. In mouth, a doughy malt, fresh mowed grass, green hops, very interesting for Mill St., Cask at Ottawa cask fest., June 26 2011.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Sample at Arrow & Loon cask festival. 26JN11.
App.: Cloudy deep amber, no head.
Aroma: Strong dank, resinous, pine, lemon hops, peppery, so green, a little Sauvignon Blanc?
Palate: Medium body, flat.
Flav.: More malt than the nose, grassy, dank, resinous, pine, caramel and toasted biscuit, the extra malt helps; off-dry with biscuit, caramel and grass to finish.
Wish I could remember the hop variety used!!

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Cask at the Arrow & Loon’s first Cask Festival. Cloudy dark amber, no head. Huge marijuana aroma, some hops and orange. Slight tart, starts bitter and continues on to a nice hop dry finish. Marijuana, hemp and hops throughout, some citrus as well. Not my thing but if you like to the taste/smell that worth a try for sure.
