Bottle. Pours a pale gold with a small white head that disappears remarkably quickly. Aroma is initially not so pleasant, offering that stale malt and wet corn husk smell that I get from many mass produced lagers, but that slowly clears and is replaced with notes of candyish lime. Body is thin and crisp, as expected from a light lager, and the flavour holds very little that can be described as "beer-like" - it’s more reminiscent of Sprite with a very, very faint wisp of malt. As a light lime-flavoured beverage, it’s fine, but as a beer... yeah, not so much.

Thanks (thanks is such a fleeting word) to GregClow for this.... Appearance: Almost clear yellow with a grey head. Aroma: Like a homeless persons cardboard box blended with some ginger and lime, then pissed on by someone who ate 40 spoons of corn. Flavour: Made my head shake like a cheap bobblehead doll. Corn, chemical lime, sandpaper finish with a dash of shame.

Bottle [12oz] shared with the gang at ’WaterlooWeekend Oct.’09’ -- c/o GregClow. Pours a very pale gold with a small diminishing white head. Aroma: Ugh, diapers with lime added. Flavour’s a bit better, it’s basically a watery Shandy, dull and not for me at all. Light bodied. A waste of a bottle.

[2539-20091024] Clear bottle. Sweet candy laces and fruity lime aroma, like fizz pops. Clear, light yellow body with a quick bubbly white head. More candy laces or sweethearts in the flavour and fake fruit. Light body. Not absolutely horrid but very close; overly sweet and fruity.

"One remembers horrors, I think, for the rest of one’s life, but memories do not always remain so sharp, and with time, and new circumstance, do not affect us so powerfully."

2009-10-29. The powerful aroma invades my nose with force, a strong character of urine, uric acid, and an unhealthy dose of urinal cakes. The mild kiss of unholy lime essence is almost unsportsmanlike in its timing. Flavour is almost a 180 degree turn. A palatable lemon-lime soda like profile, dry touch of astringency in the finish. Average to thin bodied palate with a pale yellow body. While not quite an abomination but you may still want to consider roshambo-ing anyone who gives you some, just for good measure. (bottle ( 12oz ). shared by gregclow at October 2009 WaterlooWeekend. Pale flat-looking yellow, wispy white head. Smells like cheap lime candies and flyspray - only because it’s not vegetal or diaper-like (we disagree here, Paul). Taste- papery, stale weeds and sweet cheap fake lime flavour. Watery, slightly acidic, harsh, weakly carbonated - nothing like a beer, just a cheap stale lime cooler.

12 oz Bottle -- I have had this before the reformulation and can say that it is much better in its current form. Still this beer is not that great. Cheap lager with added lime flavors. A little less lime than its counter part Bud Light Lime.

Summer beer, Light Refreshing. Already restyled once, in new bottle, getting destroyed, at least in New Jersey by the nasty Bud Lime, not sure how long it will survive.
