Definately not it Big Brother. But it is good enough to be purchased if you are getting a bunch of College kids drunk who have no money.

Transfer from BA review on 1-1-13- Poured from can into a pint glass Appearance –Pours a straw color with a huge white head. The head is big and billowy, fading over a moderate amount of time to leave a decent level of lacing on the sides of the glass. Smell – The nose is heavy of a corn malt sweetness. Mixed with this aroma is a lighter aroma of light citrus. Taste – The taste begins with a bready and corn sweet flavor. This flavor is the base of the brew and remains relatively constant throughout the taste. More toward the end a light citrus hop flavor comes to the tongue. Mixed with the corn, bready and light hop comes a somewhat metallic taste as well, tarnishing the smoother flavor more toward the end. Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is rather light in its thickness and creaminess with a carbonation level that is rather average. A little higher carbonation may have been slightly better, but overall the mouthfeel was rather appropriate for a American light adjunct brew. Overall – Well what can you say. Nothing special or all that flavorful. If it wasn’t for the off flavors at the end of the taste it would have been much easier drinking and sessionable.

Bottle out with family from backlog notes. Pours a pale yellow color with a medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor are grainy malts and corn with not much else. I guess it serves a purpose, but generally I would pass.

Good grief, I’ve never said anything on this until now. Okay, well, here’s my take. This has been poured more than enough times in pint glasses and pilseners, did anything change? Ha, nada, and here’s the rest. The appearance was a super light yellow color with rapidly rising carbonated bubbles trying to fill a rapidly dissipating white bubbly head. There wasn’t any lacing. The smell, well, uh...perhaps some grassy tones and that’s about it. The taste, well...uh...gee weez, honestly, there’s just some sweetness, and as many times I’ve had this, I have no idea what that sweetness actually is. Don’t ask me, I didn’t make it. On the palate, well, another "exceptionally light" beer that shows more than enough of a good sessionable quality about it. Overall, well, if anything it fits the style. Did I like it? Hmmm...not exactly, its one of those beers I think I’d rather have if I was trying to lose weight and still try to fit in with everyone else. Other than that, this one actually doesn’t do anything for me.

The light version of the High Life, just a lighter version if that’s possible. Mainly just grain on this one.

Bottle fresh from the source. The beer is actually surprisingly flavorful when warmer than the flavorless ice cold we’re all accustomed to. A nice vibrant golden body with champagne like carbonation and a spotty lacing atop a starch white head. Aroma of corn and grass. Clean all around. Much preferable to Miller Lite. Flavor is clean corn grist and subtle barley. Super easy drinking. I don’t understand the hate on this beer. I have drank many a craft beer that weren’t made with the care this has undergone. Clean palate that still has a substantial feel.

16 oz. can: Clear gold with a tall, frothy white head. Scent is slightly grainy, a little cornflake. Taste is barley and water malt. I think I’ll just say the word, "innocuous" and leave it at that.
