| 0.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 1/5 | 1/10 | 1/5 | 2/20 | Jan 2, 2010 Tastes like metal, really pale color, not a good beer.
The head is overly frothy (not a good beer-pong beer because there is too much foam in the cups).
The taste is terrible (not a good beer to drink).
On the bright side, and on a completely serious note, if you ever want to steam clams or oysters, this beer is perfect to add to the steaming mix. It works spectacularly for that purpose, and that purpose only.
Tastes terrible. If you really need to be drunk and have about $10 cash, this is your beer. If you like beer, RUN AWAY! wa2ise (4), USA does not count | 1.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 2/20 | Dec 31, 2009 This was the standard elephant piss we used to drink back in college. Just an ordinary beer. Cakes (56), New Bloomfield, Pennsylvania, USA
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Dec 18, 2009 12 oz can. Straw color, white fuzzy head. Some body to it.
I agree that it lacks the foul sweetness that is so rampant in most American macros. 1FastSTi (2591), Glendale, Wisconsin, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Dec 15, 2009 Umm... how the heck have I not rated this yet? The beer is a pissy yellow color with a thin white head. Whether from bottles or tap, the beer is pretty consistent (unless the tap lines are full of bugs). Medium light bodied. Crisp and refreshing. Flavors and aromas of light corn and simple malts/hops. Honestly, it’s not that bad of a beer. doomfistinc (21), New Mexico, USA
| 0.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 1/5 | 1/10 | 1/5 | 3/20 | Dec 14, 2009 40oz bottle. Pours a super pale, almost off-white yellow color. Too much carbonation. What little taste there is is corn and metal. The smell is about the same. Not a fantastic beer, but if you’re looking to get drunk it does the job. Jblauvs (644), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA
| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Dec 13, 2009 Pale pour with an offwhite head. Aroma is metallic and Light Grain. Flavor is much the same with some mild grassy notes. The most enjoyable of a night of macro gulping because it lacks the foul sweetness that is so rampant in most macros. | 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Dec 5, 2009 As I sit here today, I don’t have much use for a beer like this. Having said that, I’ll always have fond memories of this lawnmower beer. Heck, at least it has a distinctive taste, unlike some of its’ counterparts.
