DocLock (4648), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA Mar 3, 2008 Pours medium copper with minimal off-white head. Aroma is grainy malt, mild hops, some corny notes. Tastes a bit tart, with grainy, corny malt, some hopcitrus, and mild vegetal notes. Forgettable. thejoeshow (232), Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA Mar 1, 2008 Light copper in color with a nice head that quickly dissipates. corn nose. Flavor is very similar to miller lite with a very slight hint of malt. side by side they are not that dissimilar. It almost has a "heavy" miller lite feel to it. overall not bad. Tripplebrew (486), Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA Feb 14, 2008 Aroma is corn and grains with an undertone of actual malts. Flavor is much like regular Miller Lite. Flavor is watery and cheap hops. WisconsinBeer (514), St Paul, Minnesota, USA Feb 13, 2008 The first couple sips I couldn’t discern this from regular Miller Lite. After that it becomes only slightly apparent. Take Miller Lite, add the slightest hint of light malt, and a bit of very bland bittering hops. I could be wrong, but I don’t see this being around for very long, because there just isn’t much to distinguish it from the regular Lite. Alright at best. tytoanderso (1382), St. Louis Park, Minnesota, USA Jan 31, 2008 12 oz bottle. At least it looks ok in the glass. Pours bright clear copper with no head. wet grass and light malt on the nose. Flavor is watery with some skunky malt and dirty hops. Thin and watery on the tongue. Ugh. badgerben (3586), Blaine, Minnesota, USA Jan 31, 2008 Amber color with no head. Aroma of corn and very dry chocolate. It actually smelled pretty good, but... it tastes like a bucket of rainwater with a half pound of grain and corn left in it for a hot August weekend. Skyview (4007), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA Jan 31, 2008 Sampled via 12-oz bottle at Cellars Wine & Spirits in St Paul, MN. Pours a clear light copper amber brew with a fast dissolving white head that dissipates nearly clean with a thin film top. Aroma of light multi-grain malt, some corn adjunct, and a light citrus zest. Taste is light bodied, with some carbonation, a thin multi-grain biscuit flavor with some kumquat zest and floral hop character. Finish has a light malty grain flavor, quite watery that changes to a clean cut aftertaste with no bitterness. The best way to describe this is not much different than regular Miller Lite (diet) beer with some amber color added. joebrew (608), Farewell Minny; Hello Puyallup, Washington, USA Jan 30, 2008 Pours a light clear, fiery orangish hue. Nose is very grainy and a little metallic with a hint of citrus. Very biscuity doughy malt profile with a hint of floral hops, but the metallic kinda piney hops really throw it off. Of the three this is the only offensive one as far as I’m concerned.
